Die Zentriereinheit 7 besteht aus einer über den Drehverschluß 3 der Flasche 4 stülpbaren Hülse 7a, die am unteren Innenrand konisch ausgebildet ist, um den mit Drehverschluß 3 versehenen Flaschenkopf 4c leichter einführen zu können. Die Zentriereinheit 7 weist ferner einen in der Hülse 7a geführten, drehbeweglichen Stempel 7b auf, der an seiner Stirnseite eine Profilierung 7c in Form eines ringförmigen Kragens aufweist. Dieser Profilierung 7c ist in der Stirnseite des Drehverschlusses eine Ringnut 3a zugeordnet, in die der Kragen 7c formschlüssig eingreifen kann. Die Hubbewegungen der Hülse 7a und des Stempels 7b sind unabhängig voneinander und werden entsprechend dem Weg der Flaschen 4 durch den Drehtisch kurvengesteuert. In Fig. 3 sind die verschiedenen Phasen dargestellt. Der Einsatz solcher Stützhülsen 9 für Flaschenummantelungen ist an sich bekannt (DE 41 06 245 A1), so daß diese nicht weiter beschrieben zu werden braucht. Die Besonderheit in der erfindungsgemäßen Kombination besteht aber darin, daß die Stützhülse 9 die frisch angebrachte Verschlußsicherung beim Anlegen der Flaschenummantelung vor mechanischer Einwirkung schützt. Hinzu kommt, daß die Verschlußsicherung bei herkömmlichen Flaschen, insbesondere Portionsflaschen, verwendet werden kann. Eine kostspielige Neuentwicklung von für das Anbringen von Verschlußsicherungen geeigneten Flaschen erübrigt sich also.
