Die Neuerung betriffteinemit einem kurzen Erl in. ein Hohl-

heft eingesetzte Tischmesserklinge. Derartige Klingen sind
an dex* Übergangsstelle vom Klingenblatt zum Erl durch einen
Kröpf verstärkte an den sich das Heft mit seinem Kopfende
anlegt. Da die Herstellung derartiger Tischmesserklingen
durch den Knopf eine wesentliche Verteuerung erfährt, ist man
bereits bei solehen Tischmesserklingen, bei denen Klinge und
Griff aus einem StUck bestehen7 dazu übergegangen# z-a
ihrer
Herstellung Flachmaterial zu verwenden, dessen Dicke der er-
forderlichen Klingenstärke an der Übergangsstelle zwischen
Klingenblatt und Griff entspricht, wobei das Klingenblatt
durch Walzen oder Breiten gebildet wird. Auf diese Weise er-
hält die Tischmesserklinge an der Übergangsstelle zwischen
Klinge und Griff die notwendige Widerstandsfähigkeit gegen
Biegungsbeanspruohung.
Die Neuerung besteht nun darin, dass das Sohlheft zur Aufnahme
einer kropflosen Tisehmesserklinge, die an der Übergangsstelle
vom Klingenblatt zum Erl zwecks-Srhohung der Widerstandsfähig-
keit gegenüber Biegungsbeanspruohangen in an sich bekannter
Weise durch die Verwendung entsprechend dicken Ausgangswerk-

Stoffes verstärkt ist, am Kopfende einen Längssehlitz aufweist,
in dem der Erl der Klinge durch'seine der Länge des Schlitzes
entsprechender Breite und durch Umbiegen der Langskanten des
Schlitzes gegezi die Breitseiten des Erles Pas : einnimmt.
Durch die Neuerung lässt sLoh auf einfache und billige Weise
eine kropflose Tischmesserklinge in ein h@hlheft einsetzen, in dem sie in bekannter
Weise eingebleit wird.
