DEUTSCHESGERMAN
Die Erfindung betrifft das Herstellen von Formen für im plastischen oder Schmelzzustand verarbeitbare organische Stoffe, insbesondere das Herstellen von Spritzformen für Kunststoffe, und bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren, nach dem ein Stahlmodell des herzustellenden Teiles unter Druck in einen Rohling eingesenkt wird, der aus erwärmtem Zink oder Zinklegierungen besteht. Die Erfindung besteht darin, daß das Modell zunächst mit dem Werkstoff der Form umgössen und erst anschließend in die Form eingesenkt wird. Insbesondere bei komplizierten und/oder großflächigen Formen i.st dieses Verfahren zur einfachen Herstellung der Formen geeignet. Es ist zwar schon bekannt, Formen dadurch herzustellen, daß das Modell umgössen wird, jedoch ist in diesen Fällen infolge des Schrumpfeiis der Werkstoffe eine ungenaue und unsaubere Oberfläche erzielt worden, so daß eine zusätzliche spanabhebende Nachbearbeitung erforderlich war. Bei Verwendung eines Pfaffen mit einem Ansatz, dessen Querschnitt größer ist als der angrenzende Querschnitt des Modells, ist es vorteilhaft, das Modell nur bis zum Ansatz zu umgießen. Man erhält dann durch das mindestens teilweise Miteinsenken des Ansatzes eine bessere Verdichtung der Formenoberfläche an der Einzugszone und deren bessere Ausbildung.The invention consists in that the model is first cast around with the material of the form and is only then sunk into the mold.
