Description
DEUTSCHESGERMAN
The invention relates to a device and a method for rotatable fastening and connection of valve spindle and valve body. According to the invention, the pressure ring is slotted on one side and manufactured as a preformed round ring with a cylindrical cross-section. This version has so far. Advantages for the production of both the pressure ring and the spindle, as the device according to the invention the deep recess on the spindle head of the previous arrangement replaced by the bearing for the Pressure ring is formed by a correspondingly weaker spindle rotation, which leads to a cross-sectional tightening of the spindle head compared to the previous notch cross-section. Here is the Thrust ring with a larger inner diameter than that of the thrust ring bearing intended Spindle turning and one of the latter corresponding Prefabricated slot opening. The fastening of the pressure ring to the spindle head is done in the Way that this is so pressed with a pressing tool in the spindle rotation that he with his Inside diameter basically comes into contact with the recess, whereby the slot of the pressure ring is located almost or completely closes. It is then installed in the valve in a known manner, with The spindle and pressure ring are inserted into the valve body and there by a snap ring secured against loosening due to axial displacement when opening the valve. According to the invention material savings can be achieved compared to the previous manufacturing method, that the pressure ring is preformed and pressed into the valve spindle head without further processing, while the previously common two-part pressure ring required machining of both the contact surfaces a, n Snap ring and bore of the valve body as well as the inner adjacent boundary surfaces makes necessary.
Abb. 1 zeigt einen Axialschnitt durch die erfindungsgemäße Druckringlagerung,Fig. 1 shows an axial section through the thrust ring bearing according to the invention,
Abb. 2 die Befestigungsweise des Druckringes am Spindelkopf.Fig. 2 shows how the pressure ring is attached to the spindle head.
The valve spindle 1 in Fig. 1 has a recess 2 into which the pressure ring 3 is inserted. Valve spindle 1 and pressure ring 3 are in a bore 4 or bore extension 5 of the valve body 6 inserted, wherein the bore extension 5 contains a recess 7 in which the slotted Snap ring 8 is inserted after inserting valve spindle 1 and pressure ring 3.
