Abstract
本实用新型属于日常生活用品技术领域,尤其涉及一种便携式抽真空的盒子,它包括上端开口的空腔形盒体,在盒体上端设有与之扣合的上盖,在上盖上设有排吸气通孔,在排吸气通孔上对应设有排吸气装置,所述的排气装置包括排气活塞、活塞固定盖以及与排气活塞配合排气的排气阀。使用时,只需要把手拉环拉起推下就可以抽真空,所以使用方便,排气效果好,且盒子的密封性好、使用寿命长。

本实用新型涉及一种生活用品,尤其涉及一种能抽真空的盒子。
背景技术
现在的日常生活中都离不开盒形储物器皿,但好多这种类型的盒子不能抽真空,在储物器内的空气里含有水份,使物品容易发霉变质;现在衣服存贮虽然发明了能抽真空的袋子,但由于袋子易破,排气时还需要排气筒,很不方便,而且这种单纯的排气袋子又不能用来存贮其他生活用品,比如食品的保鲜等。目前也出现有能抽真空的盒子,但排气效率差或者操作不方便。
实用新型内容
针对现有抽真空盒子的排气效果差、排气不方便的技术问题,本实用新型解决的技术问题是提供一种排气效率高,操作方便的便携式抽真空的盒子。
本实用新型需解决上述技术问题是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种便携式抽真空的盒子,包括上端开口的空腔形盒体,在盒体上端设有与之扣合的上盖,在上盖上设有排吸气通孔,在排吸气通孔上对应设有排吸气装置,所述的排气装置包括排气活塞、活塞固定盖以及与排气活塞配合排气的排气阀。
进一步:为方便排气,所述的排气活塞上端设有便于施力的手拉环。所述的排气阀设在排气通孔的底端。所述的吸气装置是设在吸气通孔上的吸气阀。所述的排气阀和吸气阀均是硅胶阀,硅胶阀的密封性和柔韧性都很好。为进一步加大排气的效率,所述的排气活塞上设有活塞密封圈。为使上盖美观大方,浑然一体,所述的上盖上设有凹坑,活塞固定盖嵌入凹坑中,排吸气通孔设在凹坑底端。所述的手拉环通过销钉与排气活塞上盖相连,这样手拉环拉起或者放下活动自如。在上盖与盒体的扣合处设有密封圈,加大了盒子的密封性。所述上盖的边沿上设有扣紧盒体的帽边。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型便携式抽真空的盒子,在排吸气通孔上对应设有排吸气装置,所述的排气装置包括排气活塞、活塞固定盖以及与排气活塞配合排气的排气阀,所述的排气活塞上端设有便于施力的手拉环。排气时,把手拉环拉起推下,利用排气阀,便可排气。当需要打开上盖时,只需捏一下吸气阀,外界气体便从吸气阀边沿灌入盒子,当盒子内外气压平衡时,便可打开上盖。排吸气装置与盒体本身融合在一起,不需要额外的排气装置,排气时,只需要把手拉环拉起推下就可以抽真空,所以使用方便,排气效果好。另外在上盖与盒体的扣合处设有密封圈,进一步保证了盒子的密封性,使用效率高,使用寿命长,使用非常方便。

具体实施方案
参照附图1及具体实施方式来对比说明本实用新型。
实施方式一:如图1、3所示,一种便携式抽真空的盒子,包括上端开口的空腔形盒体1,在盒体上端设有与之扣合的上盖2,在上盖上设有排吸气通孔3、4,在排吸气通孔上对应设有排吸气装置,所述的排气装置包括排气活塞5、活塞固定盖6以及与排气活塞配合排气的排气阀7。所述的排气活塞上端设有便于施力的手拉环8。所述的排气阀设在排气通孔3上。所述的吸气装置是设在吸气通孔4上的吸气阀9。所述的排气阀7和吸气阀9均是硅胶阀。所述的排气活塞5上设有活塞密封圈10。所述的手拉环通过销钉与排气活塞5上盖相连。在上盖与盒体的扣合处设有密封圈12。所述上盖2的边沿上设有扣紧盒体1的帽边13。
实施方式二:如图2、4、5、6:在实施方式一的基础上,所述的上盖上设有凹坑11,活塞固定盖6嵌入凹坑11中,排吸气通孔3、4设在凹坑底端。整个上盖浑然一体,美观大方。
正常使用上述两种实施方式的盒子时,把手拉环8拉起时,排气活塞5随之也拉起,盒子内的空气随之向上升,排气通孔3底端的排气阀7升起变形,盒子内的气体通过排气活塞5与排气通孔3之间的间隙排出,当把手拉环8下压时,排气活塞5向下推,排气通孔3底端的排气阀7恢复原状,外界的气体进入不了盒子内腔,这就完成了盒子排气的完整动作,反复操作排气动作,直到很难再把排气活塞5拉起时,盒子内部达到抽真空的状态。
需要打开上盖2时,只需捏一下吸气阀9,吸气阀9变形,外界气体便从吸气阀9边沿进入吸气通孔4,从而灌入盒子,当盒子内外气压平衡时,便可打开上盖2。排吸气装置与盒体本身融合在一起,不需要额外的排气装置,所以使用方便,排气效果好。
以上所述为本实用新型的较佳实施例,在不脱离本实用新型构思情况下,进行任何显而易见的变形和替换,均属本实用新型保护范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种便携式抽真空的盒子,包括上端开口的空腔形盒体(1),在盒体上端设有与之扣合的上盖(2),在上盖上设有排吸气通孔(3、4),在排吸气通孔上对应设有排吸气装置,其特征在于:所述的排气装置包括排气活塞(5)、活塞固定盖(6)以及与排气活塞配合排气的排气阀(7);
所述的上盖上设有凹坑(11),活塞固定盖(6)嵌入凹坑(11)中,排吸气通孔(3、4)设在凹坑底端;
在上盖与盒体的扣合处设有密封圈(12);
所述上盖(2)的边沿上设有扣紧盒体(1)的帽边(13)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的便携式抽真空的盒子,其特征在于:所述的排气活塞上端设有便于施力的手拉环(8)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的便携式抽真空的盒子,其特征在于:所述的排气阀设在排气通孔(3)底端。
4.根据权利要求3所述的便携式抽真空的盒子,其特征在于:所述的吸气装置是设在吸气通孔(4)上的吸气阀(9)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的便携式抽真空的盒子,其特征在于:所述的排气阀(7)和吸气阀(9)均是硅胶阀。
6.根据权利要求4所述的便携式抽真空的盒子,其特征在于:所述的排气活塞(5)上设有活塞密封圈(10)。
7.根据权利要求2-6中任一项所述的便携式抽真空的盒子,其特征在于:所述的手拉环通过销钉与排气活塞(5)上盖相连。
