本实用新型涉及模具技术领域，尤其涉及吸尘器连接管的成型模具。
背景技术
注塑成型是批量生产某些形状复杂部件时用到的一种加工方法，具体指将受热融化的材料由高压射入模具的模腔中，经冷却固化后得到成形品；注塑成型中的关键部件是注塑模具，注塑模具由动模和定模两部分组成，动模安装在注射成型机的移动模板上，定模安装在注射成型机的固定模板上。在注射成型时动模与定模闭合构成浇注系统和型腔，开模时动模和定模分离以便取出塑料制品。
目前，吸尘器的构造部件大多由注塑模具注塑成型，吸尘器的吸尘连接管作为吸尘器中的连接部件，其结构如图1所示，包括吸尘连接管本体1，吸尘连接管本体1为带有通孔13的弯曲状管体结构，其两端分别具有圆形连接头11及方形连接头14，圆形连接头11的两侧对称设有凸缘12，方形连接头14的两侧对称设有连接卡条14。吸尘连接管为异型结构，其结构较为复杂，传统的注塑模具在制作过程中存在脱模效率低、模具成本高的缺点，并且制作的吸尘连接管表面不光滑、质量较差。

本申请人针对现有技术中的上述缺点，提供一种吸尘器连接管的成型模具结构，其具有脱模效率高、成本低、质量好的特点。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案如下：
一种吸尘器连接管的成型模具结构，包括装置于上模安装座与下模安装座间装置吸尘连接管的成型模具组件，所述成型模具组件包括成型管、成型块、侧模及导杆；所述成型管的端口装置有口部成型环，所述成型块的下方装置有封闭块及辅助挡块，所述侧模通过安装条及安装板固定于成型块的下表面。
本实用新型的有益效果如下：
本实用新型结构简单、结构紧凑；合模操作简便、脱模效率高；成型的吸尘连接管表面光滑、质量高。

见图2至图4，本实用新型包括上模安装座2与下模安装座3，上模安装座2与下模安装座3间装置吸尘连接管1的成型模具组件4，所述成型模具组件4包括成型管41、成型块42、侧模44及导杆46；所述成型管41的端口装置有口部成型环48，所述成型块42的下方装置有封闭块43及辅助挡块49，所述侧模44通过安装条44及安装板47固定于成型块42的下表面。

1.一种吸尘器连接管的成型模具结构，其特征在于：上模安装座（2）与下模安装座（3）间装置吸尘连接管（1）的成型模具组件（4），所述成型模具组件（4）包括成型管（41）、成型块（42）、侧模（44）及导杆（46）；所述成型管（41）的端口装置有口部成型环（48），所述成型块（42）的下方装置有封闭块（43）及辅助挡块（49），所述侧模（44）通过安装条（44）及安装板（47）固定于成型块（42）的下表面。
