技术领域
本实用新型涉及水壶，尤其涉及一种水壶的多重防漏水装置。
背景技术
传统的电热水壶结构设计不合理，其采用液体胶来粘合加热底盘与壶体。加工时要等液体胶完全干透才能进行下一道工序，等待时间长，加工效率低。另外，电热水壶在使用初期，液体胶会散发异味。传统产品受其结构设计上的限制，还存在易漏水、易引发电路短路，甚至会发生火灾，给人们的财物和人身安全带来隐患。
发明内容
为克服上述缺点，本实用新型提供结构简单、设计巧妙、性能稳定、质量可靠的多重防漏水装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
多重防漏水装置，包括壶体、带有加热装置的底盘、弹性硅胶密封圈，所述壶体的底部设有凸环，凸环的中部开有底盘安装孔，所述凸环的底部设有向外水平延伸的圆形折边，所述凸环上套有弹性硅胶密封圈，将底盘嵌入在弹性硅胶密封圈内，在弹性硅胶密封圈的外围套有开口的固定圈，在固定圈的开口处安装有连接件，所述固定圈与连接件用螺丝紧固在一起。
所述底盘的侧边设有若干个固定孔，在所述固定圈的侧边设有与固定孔位置、数量相对应的固定脚，在所述底盘侧边的固定孔内及固定圈侧边的固定脚上穿插有螺丝，螺丝的另一端紧固有螺母。
本实用新型的优点是：本产品结构简单、设计巧妙，通过弹性硅胶密封圈、加热底盘、固定圈等与壶体的配合多重防漏处理，有效解决壶体漏水问题，避免了电器短路，有效防止火灾发生。

具体实施方式
参照图1-图2, 多重防漏水装置，包括壶体1、带有加热装置的底盘2、弹性硅胶密封圈3，所述壶体1的底部设有凸环4，凸环4的中部开有底盘安装孔5，所述凸环4的底部设有向外水平延伸的圆形折边6，所述凸环4上套有弹性硅胶密封圈3，将底盘2嵌入在弹性硅胶密封圈3内，在弹性硅胶密封圈3的外围套有开口的固定圈7，在固定圈7的开口处安装有连接件8，所述固定圈7与连接件8用螺丝紧固在一起。
作为上述实施方式的优化，所述底盘2的侧边设有若干个固定孔9，在所述固定圈7的侧边设有与固定孔9位置、数量相对应的固定脚10，在所述底盘2侧边的固定孔9内及固定圈7侧边的固定脚10上穿插有螺丝，螺丝的另一端紧固有螺母。
本产品结构简单、设计巧妙，通过弹性硅胶密封圈3、底盘2、固定圈7与壶体1的配合多重防漏处理，有效解决壶体1底部漏水的问题，避免了电器短路，有效防止火灾发生。
此外，本实用新型并不局限于上述实施方式，只要其以基本相同的手段达到本实用新型的技术效果，都应属于本实用新型的保护范围。

1.多重防漏水装置，包括壶体（1）、带有加热装置的底盘（2）、弹性硅胶密封圈（3），所述壶体（1）的底部设有凸环（4），凸环（4）的中部开有底盘安装孔（5），其特征在于：所述凸环（4）的底部设有向外水平延伸的圆形折边（6），所述凸环（4）上套有弹性硅胶密封圈（3），将底盘（2）嵌入在弹性硅胶密封圈（3）内，在弹性硅胶密封圈（3）的外围套有开口的固定圈（7），在固定圈（7）的开口处安装有连接件（8），所述固定圈（7）与连接件（8）用螺丝紧固在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多重防漏水装置，其特征在于：所述底盘（2）的侧边设有若干个固定孔（9），在所述固定圈（7）的侧边设有与固定孔（9）位置、数量相对应的固定脚（10），在所述底盘（2）侧边的固定孔（9）内及固定圈（7）侧边的固定脚（10）上穿插有螺丝，螺丝的另一端紧固有螺母。
