Description

烟雾生成设备
技术领域
本发明涉及烟雾生成设备,具体地涉及电子烟。 
背景技术
生成烟雾的传统途径常常不使用热能,并且包括具有阀的加压容器、干粉配方或雾化器。 
电子烟在本领域中是相对为人熟知的并且作为普通烟的替代而越来越受欢迎。这种电子烟的最常见工作原理是在不需要燃烧材料的情况下向用户提供有香味的(flavoured)烟雾。这种烟雾可包括可吸入的气体、液体浮质(空气中悬浮的液体微粒)和/或固体浮质(空气中悬浮的固体微粒)的混合物。提供有香味的烟雾的最常见途径之一是拥有烟雾生成液体的容器,通过提供电动热源(液体被提供至该热源)使烟雾生成液体蒸发。 
烟雾生成液体通常以不同的比例包含至少一种烟雾产生物(常为丙二醇和/或丙三醇)、稀释剂(水和/或乙醇)、香料和/或烟草提取物、以及芳香化合物。 
某些现有技术的电子烟通过如下过程工作:用户按压激活加热过程的开关,然后用户能够抽吸电子烟。其它电子烟具有用于加热器的激活开关,激活开关在用户通过电子烟吸入和吸取空气时工作。 
虽然这些电子烟变得流行起来,但消费者似乎遇到了一些问题。例如,用户难以控制输送至用户的香味的浓度或强度水平。已经尝试通过对产生烟雾的元素进行控制来克服这一问题,但这些设备常以消费者不喜欢的某些设置提供这种低水平的烟雾。

在本发明的优选实施方式中,该烟雾生成设备是电子烟并包括: 
功率源; 
至少一个加热器组件; 
用于选择性地从功率源向所述加热器组件提供功率的装置; 
控制装置,用于选择性地控制加热器组件对来自至少两个容器中的一个或多个的液体的加热,当功率和选择的液体同时被提供给加热器组件时,烟雾被生成以供用户吸入。 
在本发明的优选实施方式中,用于选择性地从功率源向加热器组件提供功率的装置是开关,该开关由用户通过电子烟吸取空气激活。

具体实施方式
参照图1,现有技术的示例性电子烟1具有容纳烟雾生成液体的液体容器2。液体容器2与加热器组件3流体连接,在该示例中,该流体连接由多孔金属桥4(例如,泡沫镍)和转移元件5提供。转移元件5通常通过毛细作用操作并且采用多种物理形式,诸如耐热玻璃纤维或陶瓷纤维、小直径毛细管或各种其它多孔材料。加热器组件3包括加热丝,加热丝经由开关7连接至电池6以加热转移元件5,使得由转移元件5中的由毛细作用转移的液体在其表面处在从加热器组件3到转移元件5热传导下被蒸发。在操作中,开关7通过用户按压或者通过检测到由用户通过电子烟1对空气的吸取而被激活。这使得电流能够从电池6提供至加热器组件3,加热器组件3加热并蒸发转移元件5中的液体,其随后进入电子烟1内的空气流8并流出到用户以供吸入。

图3B示出了本发明的电子烟10的第二个实施方式,其也包括位于电子烟10的长型主体11的嘴件部分12中的两个液体容器20、21。在这种情况下,加热器组件3也包括分别对应于容器20、21的两个加热元件31、32,加热元件31、32均由电池6供电。在该第二实施方式中,控制装置包括开关,开关通过扭转电子烟1的容纳长型主体11的容器20、21的嘴件部分12来致动。这选择加热元件31、32中的哪一个被供电并且选择输送液体的容器20、21中的哪一个以当气流在用户从嘴件部分12抽一口烟时穿过电子烟1时产生烟雾。 
图3C示出根据本发明的电子烟10的第三个实施方式。在第三个实施方式中,电子烟的控制装置包括可选阀15,可选阀15被定位为与连接至对应容器20、21的两个桥16相邻。在该示例中,加热器组件3包括单个加热线圈33,加热线圈33设置有中央转移元件5。在这种情况下的操作中,用户可移动阀15以选择输送生成烟雾的液体的两个容器20、21中的一个或可以选择两者的混合来改变香味水平,或者,甚至在吸入时激活两者的混合以通过在烟雾生成之前快速混合这两种液体来防止不利的老化效应。 
如图3A至3C中所示的本发明的电子烟10可以是单用途一次性电子烟或多用途设备。在多用途设备的情况下,容器20、21可被制造为一次性的、或可重新填充用户所选的烟雾产生组合物。在这种情况下,电子烟10的长型主体11的嘴件部分12可从所述主体11拆卸以使用户接近容器20、21以对其进行更换或重新填充是优选的。为了卫生,嘴件12部分本身也可以是一次性的。此外,该容器最后可位于嘴件本身内。 
电池6也可以是一次性电池或可充电电池,优选为电子烟中已经普遍使用的可充电型锂离子电池。 
图4A至4B示出在图3A的示例的情况下控制本发明的加热组件的多种示例性方法。应理解,当其他示例或者通过控制加热器组件内 的单独的加热元件或通过控制液体流动至单个加热器组件时,可以采用类似方法。如图4A至4B所示,在第一个示例中,施加至这两个加热器的“平均”电压被控制,使得施加至两个加热器的电压不同。该平均通过脉冲施加至各加热器元件的直流电压或通过控制电压电平来生成。在任意一种情况下,如该示例中可见,用户已经选择了一种配置,其中与第二加热器相比,向第一加热器施加了更高的“平均”电压,使得这两个容器的大致60/40部分的内容被用于生成供用户吸入的烟雾。 
图4C示出第二个示例,其中向第一加热器供电第一段时间,随后关闭第一加热器并对第二加热器元件进行供电。这使得用户能够在吸入期间控制烟雾的性质。 
通过本发明的所有示例,可根据消费者的需要通过用户激活式开关或通过吸入激活式开关来提供电池供电的开关。 
图5示出根据本发明的烟雾生成设备为非加热烟雾生成设备形式的另一个示例。在该示例中,本发明的设备也使用户能够更容易地控制他们吸入的烟雾并且还允许在吸入时成分的更加新鲜的混合。 
如图5A、5B和5C可见,容器被分为两个部分40、41,各个部分40、41在压力下容纳不同流体。此外,第一和第二阀42、43被提供并分别通过开口44、45与部分41、42流体接合。第一和第二阀42、43具有各自的室46、47,室46、47从部分40、41接收流体,流体随后在该设备被操作时经由孔48、49配发给用户(见图5C)。阀42、43被配置为使它们由用户通过机构(未示出)选择性地操作,以单独操作第一阀42、单独操作第二阀43、同时操作第一和第二阀42、43、或逐一操作这两个阀中的每一个。这使得用户能够单独地、同时地或逐一地集体配发室46、47的内容,以控制用户吸入的烟雾的香味。 
图6示出图5的配置的变型,其中两个阀60、61被设置为使用户选择性地控制流体从两个容器62和63的释放。各阀60、61具有通过孔67、68与容器62、63流体连通的内部计量室65、66。此外,各阀60、61还具有排放口69、70以从各容器62、63释放一剂流体来形成烟雾。在该示例中,提供了调节机构64,调节结构64与对应室62、 63中的一个或多个的阀机构60、61中的一个或两个接合。由用户致动部件64,因此用户能够调节室65和66的相对大小,以时选择当用户操作该装置以吸纳烟雾时从容器62、63提供的流体剂量比例。 
图7示出根据本发明的烟雾生成设备为雾化器形式的另一个示例的示意图。在该示例中,提供了两种液体80、81,这两种液体位于分离的隔间中并且通过各自的导管82、83。提供了气体入口84,但这次液体80、81和穿过气体入口84的气体的流动由阀85控制以允许控制与气体混合以形成烟雾的液体80、81的相对比例。此外,用户通过对气体向阀85的提供进行控制来控制烟雾的流动,但在本发明的示例中,与其它示例一样,用户能够根据它们的意愿控制液体80和81的相对混合以控制被吸入烟雾的性质。 
如上所述,本发明的所有示例均能够通过消费更容易地控制他们所吸入的烟雾的能力使烟雾生成设备具有改进的消费者体验,并且还能够提供烟雾生成液体的成分的“更加新鲜的”混合。 

Claims (13)

1.烟雾生成设备,其特征在于,包括: 
长型主体; 
至少两个容器,嵌入在所述长型主体内并且各自容纳单独的烟雾产生组合物; 
用于从所述至少两个容器吸取所述组合物以生成供用户吸入的烟雾的装置; 
用于在从所述至少两个容器吸取所述组合物之后将所述组合物混合的装置,混合装置允许用户选择在所述烟雾中两种化合物的相对比例; 
功率源; 
至少一个加热器组件; 
用于选择性地从所述功率源向所述加热器组件提供功率的装置;以及 
控制装置,嵌入在所述长型主体内并用于选择性地控制所述加热器组件对来自所述至少两个容器中的一个或多个的液体的加热,当功率和选择的液体同时被提供给所述加热器组件时,烟雾被生成以供用户吸入。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的烟雾生成设备,其特征在于,用于选择性地从所述功率源向所述至少一个加热器组件提供功率的装置是开关,该开关由用户通过电子烟吸取空气激活。 
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的烟雾生成设备,其特征在于,所述控制装置是用户激活式阀,所述用户激活式阀能够操作为选择性地将液体容器中的一个或另一个连接至转移元件、或将各液体容器同时连接至所述转移元件,其中所述转移元件形成所述至少一个加热器组件的一部分。 
4.根据权利要求1所述的烟雾生成设备,其特征在于,所述至少一个加热器组件包括与每个液体容器关联的加热元件,并且所述控制装置使用户能够选择施加至每个加热元件的功率的量,从而控制来自每个容器的用于生成所述烟雾的液体的量。 
5.根据权利要求1所述的烟雾生成设备,其特征在于,所述控制装置允许向所述加热器组件的每个加热元件提供交替脉冲供电。 
6.根据权利要求1所述的烟雾生成设备,其特征在于,所述至少一个加热器组件具有与每个液体容器关联的加热元件,并且所述控制装置采用由阀提供的机械流动控制器的形式,所述机械流动控制器控制每个加热元件上的空气流动,从而控制来自每个容器的用于生成所述烟雾的液体的量。 
7.根据权利要求1所述的烟雾生成设备,其特征在于,所述长型主体还包括至少一个空气入口和至少一个嘴件部分,所述嘴件部分供用户吸取所述长型主体内的空气以与所述烟雾混合并通过所述嘴件吸入混合后的烟雾组合物。 
8.根据权利要求7所述的烟雾生成设备,其特征在于,所述功率源容纳在所述长型主体中并且所述至少一个加热器组件和所述至少两个容器容纳在所述长型主体的所述嘴件中。 
9.根据权利要求1所述的烟雾生成设备,其特征在于,所述容器在压力下保持化合物;并且允许从所述容器吸取化合物的装置包括两个阀,每个阀对应于一个容器。 
10.根据权利要求9所述的烟雾生成设备,其特征在于,所述两个阀中的每一个提供预定量的对应化合物。 
11.根据权利要求9或10所述的烟雾生成设备,其特征在于,用于控制所述化合物的相对比例的装置包括用于改变由所述两个阀中的一个或两个提供的化合物剂量的装置。 
12.根据权利要求1所述的烟雾生成设备,其特征在于,用于从所述容器吸取所述化合物的装置是高压气体源;用于使用户能够控制所述化合物的相对比例的装置是可变比例阀。 
13.根据述权利要求1所述的烟雾生成设备,其特征在于,所述容器是可重新填充的。
