本实用新型涉及一种挤出机真空缓冲罐，具体地说是具有排污装置的挤出机真空缓冲罐。
背景技术
挤出机和真空泵之间接有一个真空缓冲罐，存储水以及挤出机中抽出的油污，缓冲罐呈圆柱形，罐身和盖，法兰相连，盖上有三个接口，一个连接挤出机，一个加水入口，一个连接真空泵，从挤出机中抽的油污存储在缓冲罐中，以免进入真空泵。
当缓冲罐中油污量达到一定程度时候，需要清理，就必须要打开法兰，把连接挤出机和真空泵的管道都拆掉，才能打开缓冲罐进行清理，既耽误了工作时间，有浪费了人力，很不方便。

实用新型目的：针对上述现有技术的问题和不足，本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、使用方便、能提高工作效率的具有排污装置的挤出机真空缓冲罐。
技术方案：为达到上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案为一种具有排污装置的挤出机真空缓冲罐，包括本体以及设置在本体上的排污装置。
所述排污装置设置在本体的侧壁下方。
所述排污装置中设有阀门。
所述本体包括设置在本体内部的法兰、分别与本体相连的加水入口、挤出机管道接口以及真空泵管道接口。
有益效果：本实用新型结构简单、使用方便，能够提高工作效率。

如图所示，一种具有排污装置的挤出机真空缓冲罐，包括本体1，在本体1内部设有法兰4，在在本体1上分别接有加水入口5、挤出机管道接口6以及真空泵管道接口7，在本体1的侧壁下方设有排污装置2，排污装置2中设有阀门3。
清理挤出机真空缓冲罐中的油污时，只要打开排污装置2的阀门3，从加水入口5，加入足够量的清水，就可以清理干净挤出机真空缓冲罐中的油污，而不用打开法兰4，拆掉管道，从而提高工作效率。

1.一种具有排污装置的挤出机真空缓冲罐，包括本体(1)，其特征在于：在本体(1)上设有排污装置(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述具有排污装置的挤出机真空缓冲罐，其特征在于：所述排污装置(2)设置在本体(1)的侧壁下方。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述具有排污装置的挤出机真空缓冲罐，其特征在于：所述排污装置(2)中设有阀门(3)。
4.根据权利要求1所述具有排污装置的挤出机真空缓冲罐，其特征在于：所述本体(1)包括设置在本体(1)内部的法兰(4)、分别与本体(1)相连的加水入口(5)、挤出机管道接口(6)以及真空泵管道接口(7)。
