背景技术
传统的带触摸屏模组的设计是在触摸屏的底层玻璃周边加上一圈黑白双面胶，之后再粘贴在原模组上。既然触摸屏是粘贴上去，那就难免会有灰尘进入模组中，久而久之就会影响触摸屏的功能和美观。

本实用新型要解决技术问题是提供一种液晶模组防尘机构。
本实用新型为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种液晶模组防尘机构，在液晶模组中的触摸屏、LCD和背光板装配后在下端形成的孔隙处设有用于防尘的泡棉。
所述的泡棉为长条形泡棉。
有益效果：
本实用新型液晶模组防尘机构，采用加泡棉的方式防止灰尘进入液晶模组，首先泡棉不会强烈的附着在模组上，这样返修比较容易。再就是，加泡棉容易操作，且防尘效果好。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
实施例1：
如图1和2所示，一种液晶模组防尘机构，在液晶模组中的触摸屏1、LCD2和背光板3装配后在下端形成的孔隙处设有用于防尘的泡棉4。所述的泡棉为长条形泡棉。将泡棉塞在触摸屏1、LCD2和背光板3装配后在下端形成的孔隙里，能有效阻挡空气中的灰尘进入液晶模组。
设计者也考虑过采用打黄胶的技术手段来解决防尘的问题，但是黄胶打上去之后不易快速干，这样一来产品的生产周期就加长了，显然对生产不利；再就是，打黄胶难返修，这会导致产品的报废率升高，显然会增加产品的成本。本实例采用加泡棉的方式代替加黄胶的方式，避免了加黄胶产生的种种缺陷，首先泡棉不会强烈的附着在模组上，这样返修比较容易。再就是，加泡棉比起打黄胶来说简单易操作，且防尘效果好。

1.一种液晶模组防尘机构，其特征在于，在液晶模组中的触摸屏、LCD和背光板装配后在下端形成的孔隙处设有用于防尘的泡棉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液晶模组防尘机构，其特征在于，所述的泡棉为长条形泡棉。
