所述的矩形刀头分为大、小两个木盒，小木盒设在大木盒上，大、小两个木盒的一侧被切开，被切开的小盒能放进大盒内进行收缩和拉伸。
所述木盒开口处安装有平行的铁丝。
所述的大盒设有铁丝面的对面安装有手柄
所述的圆锥形刀头设有收缩装置，刀头中轴安装有粗针。

本实用新型为解决切削瓜果蔬菜时动作繁琐同时容易弄伤手指的问题，而采用如图1、图2所示矩形刀口和圆锥形刀口的切割刀。
参照图1，该图显示为采用本实用新型设计的矩形瓜果切割刀，其包括刀柄1、刀头2、刀头2由大木盒3、小木盒4组成，小木盒4必须能正好放入大盒3中.将两木盒开口处安装上长度相等，间隔相等的铁丝，然后将大木盒3安装铁丝的对面安装一螺帽，方便与手柄1的安装.
将大木盒3和小木盒4两个侧面的其中一面切去，然后把小木盒4切去的那面装入大木盒3切去的那面内，这样两盒就形成了一组合，能够缩进和拉伸，同时在不进行瓜果切割时，还可将二者合体，放上一块隔板，能够储存一些小的物品。
手柄1为圆柱形木棒，在木棒底部安装一颗螺丝，方便与大木盒3的安装。
