Abstract
本实用新型是一种高尔夫木杆杆头组件，尤指一种可简化组接的杆头组件，其包含有一具有插接部的底座、一具有插组部的上盖、一打击面板以及一设置在所述的打击面板上的连接杆，所述的打击面板上设有一提供所述的插接部嵌入的第一嵌槽，以及一提供所述的插组部嵌入的第二嵌槽，使得所述的底座与上盖可以精确对位并与所述的打击面板相嵌组，所以所述的杆头组件的设计能简化对位的操作以及节省对位花费的时间，进而便利后续焊固作业的执行。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种高尔夫杆，尤指一种可提高焊接强度与稳定性的高尔夫木杆杆头组件。
背景技术
请参阅图6所示的现有高尔夫木杆杆头组件的立体组合示意图，其包含有一底座90、一上盖91、一打击面板92以及一连接杆93，所述的底座90、上盖91与打击面板92都是一片体，所述的杆头组件将所述的些构件相互对位后，再行点焊所述的些构件的衔接处，达到初步固定的效果，接着再在衔接处的缝隙94中填充焊料，并以人工进行焊接作业，使熔融的焊料填补缝隙94并达到连接所述的些构件的目的，所述的杆头组件便组合焊接成一木杆杆头。
然而，所述的底座90、上盖91与打击面板92间是通过外侧缘的对合达到对位目的，所述的些构件上无任何可辅助对位作业执行的设计，所以所述的些构件在对位作业上甚为耗时，且呈现的对位精确性也不佳，另，现有高尔夫木杆杆头组件在焊接固结的过程中，需要凭借助人工在衔接处的缝隙94中填补焊料，导致杆头组件的焊接组合过程的步骤繁复，且凭借焊料填补缝隙94的方式，使衔接处呈现的焊接强度与稳定性并不佳，不符合使用者的需求，所以现有高尔夫木杆杆头组件的设计无法达到简化组接、提高稳定性的目的，固不利于产业上的利用。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：提供一种高尔夫木杆杆头组件，改善现有高尔夫木杆杆头组件无法简便组接，以及稳定性不佳的缺点。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：提供一种高尔夫木杆杆头组件，其包含有一底座、一上盖、一打击面板以及一设置在所述的打击面板上的连接杆，其中，所述的底座的外周缘设有一插接部，所述的上盖的外周缘设有一插组部，所述的打击面板具有一打击部，所述的打击部外周侧向延伸一墙部，所述的墙部末端面凹设有一提供所述的插接部嵌入的第一嵌槽，以及一提供所述的插组部嵌入的第二嵌槽。
如上所述的高尔夫木杆杆头组件，所述的底座的外周缘设有一凸缘部，所述的上盖的外周缘设有一凸唇部，且所述的凸缘部与凸唇部邻近所述的底座与上盖的衔接处，所述的打击面板在所述的墙部末端处的外周围设有一侧向凸伸的凸部。
如上所述的高尔夫木杆杆头组件，所述的连接杆是一体成形在所述的打击面板上的构件。
如上所述的高尔夫木杆杆头组件，所述的连接杆可以是焊接固定在所述的打击面板上的构件。
本实用新型的优点是：所述的打击面板上所设置的第一、第二嵌槽，有利于所述的底座与上盖以及侧端部嵌入其中并精确定位，并能节省所述的杆头组件组合时对位调整所耗费的时间，另可增加所述的打击面板与所述的底座、上盖相邻接的接触面积，进而提高杆头结构稳定性，此外，所述的凸缘部、凸唇部与凸部能够取代以往焊接时使用的焊料，省去人工填充焊料的作业，提升焊接的精确性与强度，以及达到简化所述的杆头组件的组接固结作业的目的。

具体实施方式
如图1以及图2所示，揭示本实用新型所提供的高尔夫木杆杆头组件数种具体实施例示意图，其包含有一底座10、一上盖20、一打击面板30以及一连接杆40。
所述的底座10以及上盖20都是以机械冲压加工手段制成的薄板型构件，所述的底座10在其外周缘处设有一插接部11以及一凸缘部12，所述的上盖20在其外周缘处设有一插组部21以及一凸唇部22，其中所述的凸缘部12可对应抵接所述的凸唇部22。
所述的打击面板30包含有一具有击球面的打击部31，并在所述的打击部31外周缘侧向延伸一墙部32，使所述的打击面板30形成一近似罩体的构件，所述的墙部32末端面上凹设有一第一嵌槽33以及一第二嵌槽34，所述的第一嵌槽33与所述的底座10的插接部11相对应，所述的第二嵌槽34与所述的上盖20的插组部21相配应，且所述的第一嵌槽33与所述的第二嵌槽34相连接，所述的墙部32在末端处的外侧面侧向凸设一凸部35，其中，所述的凸部35位于所述的第一嵌槽33与第二嵌槽34的外周围。
所述的连接杆40是设置在所述的打击面板30上，其中，所述的连接杆40可以焊接固定在所述的打击面板30上，或是一体成形在所述的打击面板30上。
请参阅图3以及图4所示，所述的连接杆40是先行设置在所述的打击面板30上，所述的底座10的插接部11嵌入所述的打击面板30的第一嵌槽33中，所述的上盖20的插组部21嵌入所述的打击面板30的第二嵌槽34中，且所述的底座10的凸缘部12与所述的上盖20的凸唇部22相抵接，待所述的杆头组件的各构件定位后，便可进行机械自动焊接固结的作业，再不需填补焊料的前提下，直接进行焊接，使所述的凸缘部12、凸唇部22与凸部35顺利熔融并流入所述的些构件衔接处的缝隙中，进而填补缝隙并固结，再行机械加工磨整所述的杆头的外表面(如图5所示)。
综上所述，所述的高尔夫木杆杆头组件利用嵌入式的设计，提升所述的些构件定位的便利性与精确性，以缩短对位调整的时间，且相较于以往各构件外侧缘连接的方式，本实用新型所采用的嵌入方式，能增加所述的底座10、上盖20与所述的打击面板30的接触面积，以及提高接合杆头的结构稳定性，另外，所述的高尔夫木杆杆头组件在组成构件上所设置的凸缘部12、凸唇部22与凸部35，可在机械自动焊接固结的过程中，受高温呈熔融态并流入所述的杆头组件任二构件的衔接处，除了可省略以往人工填充焊料的作业外，还可提升焊接的强度与稳定性，进而提升所述的杆头组件组接固结作业的流畅性，以及达到增加产品合格率的效果。
以上说明对本实用新型而言只是说明性的，而非限制性的，本领域普通技术人员理解，在不脱离权利要求所限定的精神和范围的情况下，可作出许多修改、变化或等效，但都将落入本实用新型的保护范围之内。
Claims (4)
1、一种高尔夫木杆杆头组件，其包含有一底座、一上盖、一打击面板以及一设置在所述的打击面板上的连接杆，其特征在于：
所述的底座的外周缘设有一插接部，所述的上盖的外周缘设有一插组部，所述的打击面板具有一打击部，所述的打击部外周侧向延伸一墙部，所述的墙部末端面凹设有一提供所述的插接部嵌入的第一嵌槽，以及一提供所述的插组部嵌入的第二嵌槽。
2、根据权利要求1所述的高尔夫木杆杆头组件，其特征在于：所述的底座的外周缘设有一凸缘部，所述的上盖的外周缘设有一凸唇部，且所述的凸缘部与凸唇部邻近所述的底座与上盖的衔接处，所述的打击面板在所述的墙部末端处的外周围设有一个侧向凸伸的凸部。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的高尔夫木杆杆头组件，其特征在于：所述的连接杆是一体成形在所述的打击面板上的构件。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的高尔夫木杆杆头组件，其特征在于：所述的连接杆是焊接固定在所述的打击面板上的构件。
