Abstract

合金钢轴承瓦盖,包括半圆柱面的瓦盖和两侧的内螺栓孔,其特征在于,在两内螺栓孔的外侧,各增加一个外螺栓台阶,外螺栓台阶比内螺栓台阶低,在外螺栓台阶上,有外螺栓孔。外螺栓台阶和内螺栓台阶的过渡处全部为圆弧过渡。使用时,通过2个内螺栓孔和2个外螺栓孔,用4个螺栓将轴承瓦盖固定在气缸体上,使得瓦盖的强度和寿命大大增加,能满足多款大功率老机型发动机改进的要求,包括加大缸孔直径,加装涡轮增压器等。

合金钢轴承瓦盖
【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及汽车的气缸体的零部件,即一种合金钢轴承瓦盖。
【背景技术】
传统的V8-SBC汽车发动机气缸体的瓦盖,为球墨铸铁铸造成型,每个瓦盖用二个螺栓固定在缸体上进行组合加工,不具有互换性,如图1、图2、图3,其使用寿命以经成为了该发动机的瓶颈,特别是近年来,为了降低尾气污染,对汽车发动机普遍加装了涡轮增压器,瓦盖原有设计显得过于单薄,其强度已不能适应。
【发明内容】
为了提高瓦盖的强度,延长瓦盖的使用寿命,适应改装增压后的发动机,本实用新型在不改变缸体整体结构的情况下提出了一种用合金钢制作的有4个螺栓孔的轴承瓦盖的新设计。
这种合金钢轴承瓦盖毛坯采用锻压成形,毛坯经热处理后进行加工.其抗拉强度等物理性能是原瓦盖的两倍.
这种合金钢轴承瓦盖,包括半圆柱面的瓦盖和两侧的内螺栓孔,其特征在于,在两内螺栓孔的外侧,各增加一个外螺栓台阶,外螺栓台阶比内螺栓台阶低,在外螺栓台阶上,有外螺栓孔。
使用时,通过2个内螺栓孔和2个外螺栓孔,用4个螺栓将轴承瓦盖固定在气缸体上,使得瓦盖的强度和寿命大大增加,能满足多款大功率老机型发动机改进的要求.包括加大缸孔直径,加装涡轮增压器等。

【具体实施方式】
下面举三个实施例对本实用新型详细说明如下:
实施例一:在图4和图5中,表示中部的轴承瓦盖,包括半圆柱面的瓦盖1和两侧的内螺栓孔2,在两个内螺栓孔2的外侧还有一个外螺栓台阶3,外螺栓台阶3比内螺栓台阶低,在外螺栓台阶3上,有倾斜的外螺栓孔4。
实施例二:在图6和图7中,表示前端的轴承瓦盖,其结构和实施例一基本相同,两侧各有1个内螺栓孔2和竖直的外螺栓孔4,只是瓦盖尺寸比实施例一大一些。
实施例三:在图8和图9中,表示后端的轴承瓦盖,内部有油孔,一端为油封止口,上平面有2个机油泵定位销孔,在半圆柱面的瓦盖1两侧有2个内螺栓孔2,两个内螺栓孔2的外侧还有一个外螺栓台阶3,外螺栓台阶3比内螺栓台阶低,在外螺栓台阶3上有外螺栓孔4。
在图5,图7和图9中,瓦盖阶梯过渡处全部采用圆弧过渡,这样避免了瓦盖加工时应力集中,使用过程中瓦盖断裂。

1、合金钢轴承瓦盖,包括半圆柱面的瓦盖和两侧的内螺栓孔,其特征在于,在两内螺栓孔的外侧,各增加一个外螺栓台阶,外螺栓台阶比内螺栓台阶低,在外螺栓台阶上,有外螺栓孔。
2、根据权利要求1所述的合金钢轴承瓦盖,其特征在于,外螺栓台阶和内螺栓台阶的过渡处全部为圆弧过渡。
