本实用新型涉及一种电力线路连接用的三槽并沟线夹,属并沟线夹制造领域。
背景技术
授权公告号CN2582236Y、名称“电力线路并沟线夹”,上夹板、下夹板扣合在一起,其扣合面有平行相对的两道凹形线槽,由螺栓、螺母、垫圈自中部穿透紧固,在下夹板的扣合面平行于两道凹形线槽的中部有中凹槽,中凹槽通长设置。上述上夹板非扣合面的上边螺栓槽两侧有低于顶面的两个台阶,上夹板和下夹板的两侧边缘呈圆弧形。上述凹形线槽内面上有纵向或横向的防滑凸纹。其不足之处:一是在耐塔跳线T接处大量使用并沟线夹,而并沟线夹在一个接续处,需用3只才能达到电气性能要求,当三根跳线需要连接到一起时,至少需要6个并沟线夹,不仅并沟线夹的用量大,不经济,而且采用的并沟线夹多,其零件间的组合间隙易产生腐蚀,长时间负荷运行易导致线路故障的发生;二是安装时,不仅费工、费时,而且不安全,更无法确保每一个螺栓的扭力达到设计要求。
发明内容
设计目的:避免背景技术中的不足之处,设计一种既可以有效地减少并沟线夹使用数量,又能够确保电力线路可靠连接的三槽并沟线夹。
设计方案:为了实现上述设计目的。线夹本体主视呈三槽结构,2块或2块以上主视呈三槽结构的压板与线夹本体扣合构成三槽并沟线夹的设计,是本实用新型的主要技术特点。这样做的目的在于:三槽并沟线夹,可以减少耐张塔跳线T接处并沟线夹的使用数量,使每一相T接点只需安装3只,减少了线路连接点,同时缩短了操作工在杆上的作业时间,提高了工作效率。
技术方案:三槽并沟线夹,线夹本体主视呈三槽结构,2块或2块以上主视呈三槽结构的压板与线夹本体扣合构成三槽并沟线夹且于线夹本体上的2块或2块以上主视呈三槽结构的压板分别通过各自的螺栓和螺母与线夹本体连接。
本实用新型与背景技术相比,一是不仅大大地减少了每一相T接点处的并沟线夹的数量和线路连接点,而且减少了线路由于发热而造成的线损情况,提高了输电能力;二是有效地缩短了操作工的作业时间和劳动强度,提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
实施例1:参照附图1和2。三槽并沟线夹,线夹本体1主视呈三槽结构,所述的三槽结构中的槽与槽的间隔部为螺栓3、螺母5连接部,三槽结构中的槽为弧形槽,三槽结构中的槽并列排列且两侧槽的外侧呈弧形结构,线夹本体1中的三槽和压板2中的三槽相对。2块或2块以上主视呈三槽结构的压板2与线夹本体扣合构成三槽并沟线夹;位于线夹本体1上的2块或2块以上主视呈三槽结构的压板2分别通过各自的螺栓3、垫圈6、弹簧垫圈4和螺母5与线夹本体1连接,其连接的方式系现有技术,在此不作叙述。
需要理解到的是:上述实施例虽然对本实用新型作了比较详细的文字描述,但是这些文字描述,只是对本实用新型设计思路的简单文字描述,而不是对本实用新型设计思路的限制,任何不超出本实用新型设计思路的组合、增加或修改,均落入本实用新型的保护范围内。

1、一种三槽并沟线夹,其特征是:线夹本体主视呈三槽结构,2块或2块以上主视呈三槽结构的压板与线夹本体扣合构成三槽并沟线夹且位于线夹本体上的2块或2块以上主视呈三槽结构的压板分别通过各自的螺栓和螺母与线夹本体连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的三槽并沟线夹,其特征是:所述的三槽结构中的槽与槽的间隔部为螺栓、螺母连接部。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的三槽并沟线夹,其特征是:所述的三槽结构中的槽为弧形槽。
4、根据权利要求1所述的三槽并沟线夹,其特征是:所述的三槽结构中的槽并列排列且两侧槽的外侧呈弧形结构。
5、根据权利要求1所述的三槽并沟线夹,其特征是:所述的线夹本体(1)中的三槽和压板(2)中的三槽相对。
