本实用新型公开了一种胃管。包括多孔胃管，在多孔胃管上面增加一个输液器调节器，所述输液器调节器由塑料外壳，外壳二端可穿过多孔胃管的通孔，外壳内部的滑道，嵌在滑道内的滑轮开关构成。本实用新型重量轻，所用的输液器调节器只有3－5克，制做方法简单，操作方便，避免了因金属弹簧夹重量过重而引起的脱管现象，减少了患者痛苦，又极大方便鼻饲流汁的操作规程，值得推广和应用。

本实用新型涉及医疗用品，具体地说是一种胃管。
背景技术
目前临床使用的一次性多孔胃管无胃省固定机构，需要在病人的鼻腔外及嘴唇上用胶布固定，由于鼻夏油脂性分泌物较多，且由于鼻腔受胃管刺激有大量的鼻涕分泌产生，胶布不易固定，往往需要用棉带进行双侧固定；拆除时胶布与见后皮肤粘帖撕扯，增加了别人的痛苦。如不加以固定，胃管易移动活位。另外，现有胃管的外端没有设置开关封闭装置，使用起来不太方便。临床留置胃管常易脱出，分析原因有：固定欠稳妥、胃管末端弹簧夹过重、鼻腔黏液过湿滑、剧烈呛咳等都可引发。传统上应用重量为30-50g金属弹簧夹定时关闭胃管，防止胃内容物倒流或者外界空气灌入胃内。由于弹簧夹的重量过重，极易将胃管带出；且使用时较费力，不方便操作。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种胃管。实现重量轻，制做方法简单，操作方便，可避免因金属弹簧夹重量过重而引起的脱管现象，能减少患者痛苦，又能方便鼻饲流汁的操作规程。
本实用新型的技术方案是：包括多孔胃管，其特征在于，在多孔胃管上面增加一个输液器调节器，所述输液器调节器由塑料外壳，外壳二端可穿过多孔胃管的通孔，外壳内部的滑道，嵌在滑道内的滑轮开关构成。
使用时将输液器调节器调整到最大开关处，取下胃管末端小塞后顺输液器调节器最小端穿插过10-15cm，关闭输液器调节阀，消毒小塞后套入胃管末端备用。
本实用新型重量轻，所用的输液器调节器只有3-5克，制做方法简单，操作方便，避免了因金属弹簧夹重量过重而引起的脱管现象，减少了患者痛苦，又极大方便鼻饲流汁的操作规程，值得推广和应用。

1.一种胃管，包括多孔胃管，其特征在于，在多孔胃管上面增加一个输液器调节器，所述输液器调节器由塑料外壳，外壳二端可穿过多孔胃管的通孔，外壳内部的滑道，嵌在滑道内的滑轮开关构成。
