一:技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种组合式石墨电解槽。
二:背景技术
传统的石墨电解槽圆形并且是一个整体,石墨电解槽在冶炼时上部内侧直接与空气接触,在高温条件下易氧化烧损,上部烧损严重,而电解槽其它地方受侵蚀损失较小,在更换时需要整体换掉,从更换到投入使用需要一个很长的过程,这样不仅降低了石墨槽的使用周期,还增加了生产成本降低了生产效率。
三:发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种使用寿命长、烧损后从更换到投入使用的时间较传统的石墨电解槽可缩短约2/3的组合式石墨电解槽。
本实用新型的目的是由以下方式实现的:
本实用新型包括石墨电解槽槽体,其特征是:石墨电解槽槽体由上槽体和下槽体两部分组合而成,上槽体和下槽体之间通过台阶配合连接。

五:具体实施方式
参照附图,本实用新型包括石墨电解槽槽体,石墨电解槽槽体由上槽体1和下槽体2两部分组合而成,上槽体1和下槽体2之间通过台阶配合连接。这样的结构在电解槽烧损后不需要整体更换,在电解过程中只需将烧损的上槽体1换成新的即可。
