Abstract
一种破板栗外壳时不被壳刺刺伤人手和伤及内核的板栗破壳器，它由切破装置、连接钉和弹簧组成，切破装置为左右两边，每边均有固定相连的竖向弧形刀、横向弧形刀和手柄，手柄前端与竖向弧形刀的下端固定相连，手柄上部有连接钉座，连接钉将两边切破装置连接，手柄下部有限位钉及套在其上的弹簧。破板栗壳时，将板栗壳夹进弧形刀内将手柄向内按压住，板栗壳即破成四边，内核自动掉出。结构简单，使用方便。

本实用新型涉及一种破取板栗内核的装置，尤其是既不被板栗壳刺刺伤人手又不伤及内核且能快速破取板栗内核的板栗破壳器。
背景技术
目前，公知的板栗内核的破取方法大多是用刀破开板栗外壳的办法，用刀破开外壳取内核固然是一个办法，但如果刀切轻了，板栗壳破不开，刀切重了，外壳破开的同时往往又伤到内核，影响果实的质量。另外，因为板栗外壳充满尖刺，拿刀破开外壳很容易被板栗尖刺伤手。
发明内容
为了克服现有的用刀破板栗外壳取内核方法上的不足，本实用新型提供一种板栗破壳器。该实用新型操作时不但不会伤到人手，而且破壳时不会伤及内核，且速度快。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：板栗破壳器由切破装置、连接钉和弹簧几部份组成，切破装置包括弧形切破刀和手柄两部份，弧形切破刀包括固定连接的竖向弧形刀和横向弧形刀，手柄的前端与竖向弧形刀的下端固定相连，手柄的上部有连接钉座及其连接钉孔，手柄的下部有与之固定相连的限位钉，切破装置分左右两边，连接钉通过连接钉孔将两边的切破装置相连，弹簧套在手柄下部的限位钉上。要破板栗壳时，人手握住两边手柄用弧形切破刀将带刺的板栗壳夹进两边的弧形切破刀内，然后将两边手柄向内压，两边的竖向弧形刀和横向弧形刀即将板栗壳切破成4份，其内核即自动掉出。
本实用新型的有益效果是，破板栗壳时人手不被壳刺刺伤，同时，破壳时因手柄两边均有限位钉限定切破深度，所以不伤及内核。结构简单，破壳速度快。

具体实施方式
在图1中，板栗破壳器由切破装置、连接钉(4)和弹簧(8)几部份组成，切破装置包括弧形切破刀和手柄(6)两部份，弧形切破刀包括固定相连的竖向弧形刀(1)和横向弧形刀(2)，手柄(6)的前端与竖向弧形刀(1)的下端固定相连，手柄(6)的上部有连接钉座(3)，下部有与其固定相连的限位钉(7)，切破装置分左右两边，连接钉(4)将两者相连，弹簧(8)套在限位钉(7)上。
在图2所示的实施例中，切破装置、连接钉(4)、弹簧(8)之间分离。

1.一种板栗破壳器，它由切破装置、连接钉(4)和弹簧(8)几部份组成，其特征是：切破装置包括弧形切破刀和手柄(6)两部份，弧形切破刀包括固定相连的竖向弧形刀(1)和横向弧形刀(2)，手柄(6)的前端与竖向弧形刀(1)的下端固定相连，手柄(6)的上部有连接钉座(3)，下部有与其固定相连的限位钉(7)，切破装置分左右两边，连接钉(4)将两者相连，弹簧(8)套在限位钉(7)上。
