背景技术
随着工作自动化的进程，越来越多的人长时间在电脑上工作，颈椎疾病的发生率越来越高，越来越年轻化。由于颈椎是中枢神精系统，颈椎疾病往往并发其它疾病，给身体带来很大的痛苦。颈椎疾病由于有不可治愈性，目前，只能采取平时的锻炼、按摩、牵引等方式减缓痛苦，睡眠时也有的采用高枕头、半圆式的圈枕缓解疲劳。但是高枕头不但垫高了颈部也垫高了头部，仰卧侧卧都强拉着颈部，那样更加重了症状。圈枕在人体仰卧时，效果尚可，但高度不够，支撑点不准确，人体侧卧时，由于没有支撑点，颈椎呈弯曲状态，强迫拉伸颈侧，造成脑血氧供给不足，会出现头昏脑胀等各种症状。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于：提供一种颈椎保健枕，该枕当人体仰卧时保证颈椎在生理自然构造的状态下，侧卧时保证颈椎和脊椎在一条直线上，自然放松保障血液流畅，充足的有氧睡眠减缓颈椎疾病的痛苦，达到保健预防和防治颈椎病。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：该枕包括颈垫和头垫，在颈垫的两侧分别连接头垫形成呈U字型的枕，枕的中央部位位于颈垫的前方为U字型缺口。
本实用新型的颈椎保健枕中，颈垫的高为5-10cm，颈垫的宽为5-10cm，颈垫的长为15-20cm。
本实用新型的颈椎保健枕中，头垫的高为8-13cm，头垫的宽为15-18cm，头垫的长为18-22cm。
本实用新型的颈椎保健枕中，头垫上临近颈椎处设有突起。

当人睡觉时，保健枕枕于头下：仰卧时，颈椎放置在颈垫上，人体处于自然放松状态；侧卧时，头放置在头垫上，头垫支撑头部，头垫的突起支撑颈部头部、颈椎、脊椎在直线上，人体处于自然放松状态，保证头部血氧的供给。
本实用新型结构简单，使用方便，完全符合人体的构造，从而保证全身血流通畅，肌肉舒展，预防和防治效果显著。
