背景技术
现有市场的LED字体广告灯箱其结构多为单片板材相互胶接拼凑而成，其不仅制作过程复杂，成本高，而且由于是多片单片板材胶接组成，不能构成一个整体造成产品不牢固易损。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是要提供一种注塑字体广告灯箱结构，该产品不仅构造合理，而且坚固耐用。
本实用新型其特征在于：包括用以形成字体的闭合状外轮廓铸塑框体和若干个内置闭合状铸塑小框体，所述字体形腔内布设有LED灯电路板，所述字体形腔正面复盖有透光板，底面设有底板。
本实用新型显著优点在于：一是构造简单合理，二是采用整体注塑产品坚固牢靠，三是生产成本低，易批量生产。

具体实施方式
本实用新型其特征在于：包括用以形成字体的闭合状外轮廓铸塑框体1和若干个内置闭合状铸塑小框体2，所述字体形腔内布设有LED灯电路板3，所述字体形腔正面复盖有透光板4，底面设有底板5，所述透光板为黑白板。
上述外轮廓铸塑框体和若干个内置闭合状铸塑小框体与位于正面的黑白板及底面的底板胶接成密闭字体广告灯箱，所述LED灯电路板的外接电线6穿出密闭字体广告灯箱。

1.一种注塑字体广告灯箱结构，其特征在于：包括用以形成字体的闭合状外轮廓铸塑框体和若干个内置闭合状铸塑小框体，所述字体形腔内布设有LED灯电路板，所述字体形腔正面覆盖有透光板，底面设有底板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的注塑字体广告灯箱结构，其特征在于：所述透光板为黑白板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的注塑字体广告灯箱结构，其特征在于：外轮廓铸塑框体和若干个内置闭合状铸塑小框体与位于正面的黑白板及底面的底板胶接成密闭字体广告灯箱，所述LED灯电路板的外接电线穿出密闭字体广告灯箱。
