Abstract
一种LED日光灯，涉及日光灯领域，包括LED灯、硅胶板、散热栅格和外部的日光灯罩，其特征在于：所述的LED发光二极管顺序排列在硅胶板上，硅胶板的上部竖直设置有散热栅格，所述的散热栅格由金属材料构成。所述的LED灯和散热栅格的外部套有日光灯罩，所述的日光灯罩由塑料构成。在日光灯罩的两端套有固定罩，固定罩上开有圆孔，圆孔中穿过LED日光灯引头。有益效果是LED日光灯有效的将LED发光二极管的长使用寿命应用到日光灯领域，实现了日光灯的长寿命、低能耗和高光效。而且整个外观与日常使用的日光灯没有太多变化，两端的接头采用一样的设计，可以很好的在现有设备的基础进行替代传统日光灯。

本实用新型涉及日光灯领域，具体说是一种利用LED发光的日光灯。
背景技术：
目前，在我们的日常生活中，无论是节能灯还是普通的日光灯，其发光角度都是全角度的，因为全角度的发光才能实现照明的区域最大化。由于LED发光灯受到自身的发光原理的限制，因此目前没有很好的LED日光灯问世。
发明内容：
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种利用LED发光的日光灯。
本实用新型所要解决技术问题可以通过以下技术方案来实现：
一种LED日光灯；包括LED灯、硅胶板、散热栅格和外部的日光灯罩，其特征在于，所述的LED发光二极管顺序排列在硅胶板上，硅胶板的上部竖直设置有散热栅格，所述的散热栅格由金属材料构成。
所述的LED灯和散热栅格的外部套有日光灯罩，所述的日光灯罩由塑料构成。
在所述日光灯罩的两端套有固定罩，固定罩上开有圆孔，圆孔中穿过LED日光灯引头。
本实用新型的有益效果是：新型的LED日光灯有效的将LED发光二极管的长使用寿命应用到日光灯领域，实现了日光灯的长寿命、低能耗和高光效。而且整个外观与日常使用的日光灯没有太多变化，两端的接头采用一样的设计，可以很好的在现有设备的基础进行替代传统日光灯。

具体实施方式：
下面根据附图及具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步介绍：
如图1所示，一种LED日光灯，主要由LED发光二极管1组成，发光二极管1规则的排列在硅胶板2上，横竖排列，竖向的LED发光二极管1之间串联，然后每个竖排的LED发光二极管1之间相并联。在硅胶板2的上部设置铝合金制成的散热栅格3，每个铝合金散热片之间留有空隙，散热栅格3和硅胶板2组成了半圆形，半圆形的外部套上塑料制成的灯罩4，灯罩4的两端固定上固定罩5，固定罩5上开有放置引头6的圆孔。共同形成了LED日光灯。
在图2中，相邻散热片之间预留有空隙，中间高然后向两边递减，成为一个半圆弧形，在散热片构成的半圆弧形的散热栅格3外套上灯罩4。

1.一种LED日光灯包括LED灯、硅胶板、散热栅格和外部的日光灯罩，其特征在于：所述的LED发光二极管顺序排列在硅胶板上，硅胶板的上部竖直设置有散热栅格；所述的LED灯和散热栅格的外部套有日光灯罩，在所述日光灯罩的两端套有固定罩，固定罩上开有圆孔，圆孔中穿过LED日光灯引头。
