本实用新型涉及人体模特发型套的结构，特别是一种带硬壳立体底座的人体模特发型套。
背景技术
人体模特的发型套千姿百态，但是人体模特的发型套的内部底套都是采用柔软的材料制作的，把各种颜色、各种形状的头发固定在用柔软的材料的发型底套外表面，制成的人体模特用的发型套，装饰在人体模特的头部。上述人体模特发型套的缺点是在使用过程中，柔软材料的发型底套佩戴在人体模特的头部上容易移动，容易变形，影响人体模特的造型效果。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述的缺点，研制一种带硬壳立体底座的人体模特发型套，根据各种人体模特头型的规格和形状，分别制作人体模特头部相配合的硬壳立体底座，把各种颜色、各种形状的头发制作的发型固定在硬壳立体底座外表面，制成带硬壳立体底座的人体模特发型套，套装在人体模特的头部，不移动，不变形，使人体模特生动、多姿。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：根据各种人体模特头型的规格和形状，设计各种款式的人体模特发型套和相应的模具。采用普通的工业塑料原料，如聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚丙烯或丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、不饱和聚脂树脂(俗称玻璃钢)等塑料原料及纸制品等，按各类人体模特头型的规格和形状，分别制作与人体模特头型相配合的圆弧曲线形的硬壳立体底座。硬壳立体底座的厚度可以根据制作硬壳立体底座的塑料原料的特性，一般控制在1-5毫米。把各种颜色、各种形状的头发制作的发型固定在硬壳立体底座的外表面，制成带硬壳立体底座的人体模特发型套，套装在人体模特的头部。
采用本实用新型，带硬壳立体底座的人体模特发型套装在人体模特的头部不移动，不变形，使人体模特生动、多姿，更加引人注目，提高商业价值。

实施例1：
如附图1、2所示，根据各种人体模特头型的规格和形状，设计各种款式的人体模特发型套和相应的模具。采用普通的工业用聚乙烯塑料原料，按各类人体模特头型的规格和形状，分别制作与人体模特头型相配合的圆弧曲线形的硬壳立体底座1。硬壳立体底座1的厚度可以根据制作硬壳立体底座的塑料原料的特性，控制在1毫米。把各种颜色、各种形状的头发制作的发型2固定在硬壳立体底座1的外表面，制成带硬壳立体底座的人体模特发型套，套装在人体模特的头部。
实施例2：
根据各种人体模特头型的规格和形状，设计各种款式的人体模特发型套和相应的模具。采用普通的工业用不饱和聚脂树脂(俗称玻璃钢)原料，按各类人体模特头型的规格和形状，分别制作与人体模特头型相配合的圆弧曲线形的硬壳立体底座。硬壳立体底座的厚度可以根据制作硬壳立体底座的塑料原料的特性，一般控制在3毫米。把各种颜色、各种形状的头发制作的发型固定在硬壳立体底座的外表面，制成带硬壳立体底座的人体模特发型套，套装在人体模特的头部。

1、一种带硬壳立体底座的人体模特发型套，由发型(2)和底座(1)组成，其特征是：上述的底座(1)是圆弧曲线形的硬壳立体底座(1)，发型(2)固定在硬壳立体底座(1)的外表面，制成带硬壳立体底座的人体模特发型套。
