Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种胶合板，它属于一种板材。其解决了现有技术中胶合板胶粘性能差、纵向承载力差，同时小径木材和次薪材不能有效利用的技术缺陷。其包括上底板、下底板，所述上底板、下底板分别由一片或者一片以上的旋切的木材薄片组成，在上底板、下底板之间设有由小径或者次薪材通过削切拼接成的木片夹层，所述木片夹层为一层或者一层以上。本实用新型主要用于建筑结构材料、公共场所室外装置等。

本实用新型属于一种板材，具体地说，涉及一种胶合板。
背景技术
在板材加工企业，传统的胶合板都是由较大的木材旋切成木片，然后木片再经过涂胶、叠加、压合而成。此种胶合板胶粘性能差、纵向承载力差。而且生产过程中产生大量的小径木材和次薪材，通常情况下，这些小径木材和次薪材往往被当作燃料烧掉或者经粉碎处理后加工成刨花板，造成了大量的浪费或者制成了价值较低的产品。目前，还没有一种产品能够有效地利用这些小径木材和次薪材。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了提供一种胶粘性能高、纵向承载力强的胶合板，该胶合板可以充分地利用板材加工企业生产过程中产生的小径木材和次薪材，减少浪费，以达到变费为宝。
本实用新型是采用以下技术方案实现的：一种胶合板，包括上底板、下底板，所述上底板、下底板分别由一片或者一片以上的旋切的木材薄片组成，在上底板、下底板之间设有由小径或者次薪材通过削切拼接成的木片夹层，所述木片夹层为一层或者一层以上。
上底板、下底板最好由一片木材薄片组成，上底板、下底板之间最好设有两层以上的木片夹层。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：由于在胶合板的中间设有木片夹层，木片夹层由碎木条拼接而成，因此，粘结面积大，粘结性能高；由于木条按同一方向排放，所以胶合板的纵向承载力强；同时，又可以充分利用小径木材和次薪材，减少了木材原料的浪费。

1、一种胶合板，包括上底板、下底板，所述上底板、下底板分别由一片或者一片以上的旋切的木材薄片组成，其特征在于：在上底板、下底板之间设有由小径或者次薪材通过削切拼接成的木片夹层，所述木片夹层为一层或者一层以上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的胶合板，其特征在于：上底板、下底板由一片木材薄片组成，上底板、下底板之间设有两层以上的木片夹层。
