Abstract
一种抗反射防静电透明胶膜,包括离型膜及抗反射防静电透明胶膜层,其中抗反射处理的防污防刮透明薄膜另一侧涂布抗眩光面。其特征在于:具有抗反射防静电透明胶膜层可以全面提升防污性,使得被贴着物在加工生产过程中不会产生静电,吸附粉尘,确保工作安全,粘贴在怕静电的产品上再一次撕离也不怕产生静电而损害产品,另就长期粘贴需求而言,减少被贴着物目视的眩光效果和提高储存加工品的洁净度。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种抗反射防静电透明胶膜,尤其涉及同时具有抗反射效果和防止静电产生功能的构造,该胶膜利用透明的防止静电产生胶和抗反射处理的防污防刮透明薄膜,具优良防污性质,除了加工全程不产生静电外,同时生产完成后,直接使用于加工品上,双重节省更换新保护胶膜的程序和购置新保护胶膜的费用,另提高储存加工品的洁净度。更通过抗反射处理,减少被贴着物目视的眩光感。
背景技术
一般胶膜因透明度高及耐破坏性,广泛应用于办公用品或视频产品。
如图2所示,传统的胶膜(X)是在离型膜和塑胶膜(RP、P)之间涂布一层胶体(B),当撕去离型膜(RP)后,以胶体(B)和塑胶膜(P)贴着于物品上作保护用。一般的胶膜(X)如图1所示成卷存放,以不占使用空间。
由于一般胶膜具有透明度,但塑胶膜本身因空气或和其他物品磨擦会产生静电而损伤电器产品以及沾粘灰尘,并且在光线下会产生反射与眩光,致使被贴着物无法长时间保持洁净感,较难应用在生产线和质量检验出货等多重流程
实用新型内容
为了使上述问题获得改善,设计者特别设计了一种“抗反射防静电透明胶膜”,利用透明防静电胶涂布在抗反射处理的防污防刮薄膜上,达成抗反射防静电透明胶膜撕离再贴合不产生静电同时保持胶膜洁净的效果,这是本实用新型的主要目的。
为了实现以上的实用新型目的,以下技术手段不受其限制,本实用新型的技术手段有离型膜及抗反射防静电透明胶膜层,其中,抗反射处理的防污防刮透明薄膜的一面具有抗眩光面。另离型膜,即塑胶薄膜一面涂布离型剂。其特征在于:抗反射防静电透明胶膜层本身具有抗刮伤防静电功能,使被贴着物应用于加工生产等多重流程后,保持目视清晰效果,同时省去更换新保护胶膜的做法。

具体实施方式
请参照图4,以下技术手段不受其限制,是本实用新型的抗反射防静电透明胶膜的剖视图。从图中可以清楚看出:本实用新型的胶膜包括离型膜(RP)、抗反射处理的防污防刮透明薄膜(AR-F)及涂布于抗反射处理的防污防刮透明薄膜一侧透明防静电胶层(SB)。离型膜(RP),即塑胶膜(P)一面涂布离型剂(SI)。本实用新型主体即为:抗反射防静电透明胶膜层(ARSB),如图5所示;及副体离型膜(RP),如图6所示。
抗反射防静电透明胶膜(ARSB-R)由于透明防静电胶(SB)致使贴合或撕离数次,都不会产生静电吸附灰尘,加上离型膜应用在加工程序时,可呈卷状或片状,且抗反射防静电透明胶膜层可减少被贴着物眩光感和保持抗刮洁净性,达到长期目视清晰效果。

1.一种抗反射防静电透明胶膜,其特征在于包含:
抗反射处理的防污防刮透明薄膜;及
透明防静电胶层:
其中,该透明防静电胶层位于该抗反射处理的防污防刮透明薄膜的一侧。
2.如权利要求1所述的抗反射防静电透明胶膜,其特征在于进一步包含抗眩光面,同时附着在所述抗反射处理的防污防刮透明薄膜一侧的表面上或抗反射处理的防污防刮透明薄膜另一侧的表面上。
3.如权利要求1所述的抗反射防静电透明胶膜,其特征在于进一步包含离型膜,其中,该离型膜包含以下特征:塑胶膜及离型层。
