Abstract
一种新型指示功能托鞋包括帮面、鞋底，其特征在于：鞋底或帮面上设有发光指示器件，指示器件固定在鞋底上或/和帮面上，其中指示器件是由透明外壳、发光体所构成，发光体设置在透明外壳内部。采用上述技术方案制作的托鞋由于设置了蓄能指示器件，其中的发光体可自吸收光能，在无光条件下发光可持续5－10小时，使人们能够准确的找到托鞋的位置。

本实用新型涉及一种托鞋，特别是一种新型指示功能托鞋。
技术背景
目前，市场上的托鞋种类很多，基本分为塑料成型、工艺托鞋、皮托鞋、布托鞋，其作用一般用于休闲、休息、包括家庭、宾馆、宿舍等场所，上述托鞋除基本穿着功能外，不具有指示性，特别在夜间穿用时，在无灯光的条件下，很难准确找到托鞋所在的位置。为了解决这一问题，本发明人经过不断试验，终于研究出一种新型夜间指示功能的托鞋，用于解决背景技术中存在的不足。
发明内容
本实用新型解决其技术问题之一是设计一种指示器件，使其固定在托鞋的某一部位上。
本实用新型解决其技术问题之二是将发光材料设置在指示器件内，使其具有发光指示功能。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的：一种新型指示功能托鞋包括帮面、鞋底，其特征在于：鞋底或帮面上设有发光指示器件，指示器件固定在鞋底上或/和帮面上，其中指示器件是由透明外壳、发光体所构成，发光体设置在外壳内部。
所述的一种新型指示功能托鞋的发光体采用块体或粉体颗粒填充到透明外壳内用密封层将其密封在其中。
所述的一种新型指示功能托鞋的发光体采用发光膜、发光板块体颗粒设置在透明外壳中，发光膜、发光板的基质为塑料或合成革材料，发光膜可用调整好的发光液或胶体涂拭在透明外壳内部。
所述的一种新型指示功能托鞋的指示器件镶嵌在鞋底的指示腔内，或/和帮面的某一显著位置。
本实用新型的指示原理在于：指示器件内部的发光体为蓄能发光材料，该材料被室内电光源或太阳光辐射而吸收光能。
本实用新型与背景技术比较所具有的优点和积极效果是：采用上述技术方案制作的托鞋由于设置了蓄能指示器件，其中的发光体可自吸收光能在无光条件下发光可持续5-10小时，使人们能够准确的找到托鞋的位置。

实施例1：一种新型指示功能托鞋包括帮面、鞋底，其特征在于：鞋底(2)帮面(1)上设有发光指示器件(3)，指示器件(3)固定在鞋底(2)和帮面(1)上，其中指示器件(3)是由透明外壳(31)、发光体(32)所构成，发光体(32)设置在透明外壳(31)内部。
所述的一种新型指示功能托鞋的发光体采用块体或粉体颗粒填充到透明外壳内，用密封层将其密封在其中。
实施例2：所述的一种新型指示功能托鞋的发光体，其特征在于：采用发光膜设置在透明外壳(31)中，发光体(32)的基质为合成革材料，发光膜用调整好的发光液涂拭在透明外壳(31)内部。
实施例3：所述的一种新型指示功能托鞋的指示器件(3)镶嵌在鞋底(2)的指示腔(21)内或/和帮面(1)的某一显著位置。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型指示功能托鞋的发光体，其特征在于：发光体(32)为发光膜或发光板或块体颗粒结构。
