本实用新型涉及一种具有普洱茶吸附层的卷烟滤棒用的沟槽纸，它包括：沟槽纸(2)和普洱茶吸附层(1)，所述普洱茶吸附层(1)通过粘结剂粘接在沟槽纸(2)的一面或两面，普洱茶吸附层(1)的厚度为0.05－1毫米，本实用新型是在原卷烟滤嘴必用的沟槽纸上附着了一层或两层普洱茶吸附层(1)，该技术能够在不改变卷烟生产工艺的情况下，有效地减少了主流烟气中挥发性和半挥发性的有害物质如：亚硝酸盐、苯并芘、焦油等，并且在沟槽纸上附着了一层两层普洱茶吸附层还具有防伪的功能，本实用新型的具有普洱茶吸附层的卷烟滤棒用的沟槽纸的工艺简单、成本低，是降低卷烟有害成分的又一很好的方式。

本实用新型涉及一种卷烟滤棒用的沟槽纸，特别是具有普洱茶吸附层的卷烟滤棒用的沟槽纸。
背景技术
目前，随着世界反烟运动的日益高涨和消费者对吸烟与健康意识的普遍增强，烟草行业面临的压力越来越大，在如何使卷烟中焦油及其有害成分降低的同时，又保持卷烟吸味使消费者得到生理满足是卷烟设计面临的最大挑战。目前香烟滤嘴90％是由单一的醋酸纤维素滤棒组成，由沟槽纸卷成的滤棒与醋酸纤维素滤棒相比，滤嘴截留烟气焦油的效率较高，但是沟槽纸卷成的滤棒压降小、易受潮，在使用感觉上不能令人十分满意。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是进一步地降低卷烟烟气中焦油及其有害成分，而提供一种具有普洱茶吸附层的卷烟滤棒用的沟槽纸。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现：
本实用新型的一种具有普洱茶吸附层的卷烟滤棒用的沟槽纸，它包括：沟槽纸和普洱茶吸附层，所述普洱茶吸附层通过粘结剂粘接在沟槽纸的一面或两面，普洱茶吸附层的厚度为0.05-1毫米；
本实用新型的一种具有普洱茶吸附层的卷烟滤棒用的沟槽纸，其中：所述普洱茶吸附层的厚度为0.1毫米；
本实用新型的一种具有普洱茶吸附层的卷烟滤棒用的沟槽纸，其中：所述普洱茶吸附层中的普洱茶的颗粒为40-300目；
本实用新型的一种具有普洱茶吸附层的卷烟滤棒用的沟槽纸，其中：所述中的普洱茶的颗粒为100目；
本实用新型的一种具有普洱茶吸附层的卷烟滤棒用的沟槽纸，其中：所述粘结剂为β环糊精、聚乙烯醇或淀粉胶。
本实用新型具有如下显著优点：
本实用新型是在原卷烟滤嘴必用的沟槽纸上附着了一层或二层普洱茶吸附层，该技术能够在不改变卷烟生产工艺的情况下，有效地减少了主流烟气中挥发性和半挥发性的有害物质如：亚硝酸盐、苯并芘、焦油等，并且在沟槽纸上附着了一层或两层普洱茶吸附层还具有防伪的功能，由于在沟槽纸上涂有一层或两层普洱茶，普洱茶本身具有吸水和吸收烟气的作用，因此用本实用新型的沟槽纸卷成的滤棒克服了现有用纸制沟槽纸卷成的滤棒的缺点，并且本实用新型工艺简单、成本低，是降低卷烟有害成分的又一很好的方式。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步介绍，但不作为对本实用新型的限定。
如图1至图2所示，本实用新型的一种具有普洱茶吸附层的卷烟滤棒用的沟槽纸包括：沟槽纸2和普洱茶吸附层1，普洱茶为泡过的或未经泡过的普洱茶，其中泡过的普洱茶要经过烘干，使其水分保持在10％左右，普洱茶吸附层1通过粘结剂粘接在沟槽纸2的两面，普洱茶吸附层1的厚度为0.05-1毫米，最好为0.1毫米，普洱茶吸附层1中的中的普洱茶的颗粒为40-300目，最好为100目，粘结剂为β环糊精、聚乙烯醇或淀粉胶，通常使用β环糊精。
图3是用本实用新型具有普洱茶吸附层的卷烟滤棒用的沟槽纸包裹的卷烟滤棒的剖面示意图。首先将本实用新型的沟槽纸卷成滤棒，然后在其滤棒的外部依次包裹成型纸和水松纸(未画出)，其中沟槽纸2的正反两面粘有具有普洱茶吸附层1，烟气通过多层普洱茶吸附层1和沟槽纸2后，有害成分被普洱茶吸附层1吸附，使进入口中的烟气的有害成分降低，达到降低卷烟烟气中焦油及其有害成分的目的。

1.一种具有普洱茶吸附层的卷烟滤棒用的沟槽纸，其特征在于：它包括：沟槽纸(2)和普洱茶吸附层(1)，所述普洱茶吸附层(1)通过粘结剂粘接在沟槽纸(2)的一面或两面，普洱茶吸附层(1)的厚度为0.05-1毫米。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有普洱茶吸附层的卷烟滤棒用的沟槽纸，其特征在于：所述普洱茶吸附层(1)的厚度为0.1毫米。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的具有普洱茶吸附层的卷烟滤棒用的沟槽纸，其特征在于：所述普洱茶吸附层(1)中的普洱茶的颗粒为40-300目。
4.根据权利要求3所述的具有普洱茶吸附层的卷烟滤棒用的沟槽纸，其特征在于：所述普洱茶的颗粒为100目。
5.根据权利要求3所述的具有普洱茶吸附层的卷烟滤棒用的沟槽纸，其特征在于：所述粘结剂为β环糊精、聚乙烯醇或淀粉胶。
6.根据权利要求4所述的具有普洱茶吸附层的卷烟滤棒用的沟槽纸，其特征在于：所述粘结剂为β环糊精、聚乙烯醇或淀粉胶。
