本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术学生坐凳长期久坐容易引发臀部炎症及过敏性疾患的技术问题，从而提供一种学生保健坐垫，以克服现有技术的不足。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型学生保健坐垫，由外皮、药垫和缓释药囊组成，所说外皮是长38cm、宽28cm的长方形仿羊皮袋体，三周边设有拉链；所说药垫是长36cm、宽26cm的长方体棉纱布袋体，缓释药囊置入其内；所说释缓药囊是长34cm、宽24cm的长方体，内充中药颗粒，外裹缓释膜。
所说中药颗粒由荆芥、防风、苍术、艾叶、徐长卿、菊花、透骨草、威灵仙、川芎、蛇床子等20余味中草药组成。
本实用新型结构设计合理，使用方便舒适，将以上诸药经加工提取其有效成分，制成缓释缓释药囊，使药效得以长期保留并缓慢释放，通过与臀部接触发挥作用，有效时间可持续半年以上。经试用观察，证明其功效有三：①借助于芳香开窍，提神醒脑的作用，使学生静坐而不欲睡，提精神去疲乏，增强记忆与思维，提高听课效果及学习成绩；②舒筋活血，促进下肢与臀部血液循环，对臀部炎症有预防和治疗作用；③增强机体免疫功能，扶正祛邪，使机体抗病能力增强，并对臀部过敏性疾患有预防和治疗作用。
本实用新型坐垫对中、小学生有着良好的保健作用，对臀部炎症及过敏性疾患有预防和治疗作用；由于其具有芳香开窍、提神醒脑的功能，可有效提高学生的学习成绩。

本实用新型的研制是以中西医相结合的理论，将20余味中草药以科学的方法提取，用现代工艺制成缓释药囊置药垫之中，可缓慢散发药效，通过作用于体表的特殊部位，以达芳香开窍，提神醒脑，令学生静坐而不欲睡，增强记忆与思维。说明药物对机体的作用的影响可来源于一种用药途径，保持坐垫的药效的接触，肛门周围成了首要的作用点，不同于一般的直肠用药。因此，必须有赖于较长的作用时间，故缓释药囊的制作成为坐垫之关键，否则药效将难以久留，效果就无法保证。就其抗炎、抗过敏作用而言有赖于药垫直接与臀部接触的同时又可长期发药效，故对一些慢性皮肤疾患奠定了治疗基础。除此之外，中草药的合理配伍与科学的制作又成为更为重要的一个方面。总之，学生保健坐垫能提神醒脑，提高学生的学习效果，对臀部过敏性疾病有防治作用，值得推广使用。
