本实用新型涉及一种电加热装置,特别涉及一种碳纤维发热布。
背景技术
现有技术中的碳纤维发热布,主要包括有布体,紧贴布体表面设置有有序排列的碳纤维束,为固定碳纤维束,在布体表面设有覆盖碳纤维束的复合层,该复合层为胶粘材料,其作用是使碳纤维能够与布体相结合;但是,现有技术中的这种碳纤维发热布的硬度比较大,制成的产品,其使用的舒适度差,如制成护膝,由于碳纤维发热布比较硬,使得护膝不贴身,使用不够舒适;此外,在局部折弯时,由于碳纤维束延展性差,容易将碳纤维束拉断。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种碳纤维发热布,使其更柔软。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:碳纤维发热布,包括布体,紧贴布体表面设置有有序排列的碳纤维束,碳纤维束外侧设有缝合线,缝合线往返跨过碳纤维束与布体相连。
本实用新型采用缝合线将碳纤维束固定在布体上,可以保持布体的柔软性,碳纤维束可以随意折弯,在受到拉伸时可以有适当的串动,避免拉断碳纤维束,本实用新型可以制成护膝、手套、坐垫、电热毯等。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,为碳纤维发热布,包括布体1,紧贴布体1表面设置有有序排列的碳纤维束3,碳纤维束3外侧设有缝合线2,缝合线2往返跨过碳纤维束与布体相连,可采用缝纫技法中的跨针方法使缝合线与布体相连。碳纤维束3可以成回形、蛇形等迂回形状覆盖在布体1上,在通电时,能尽可能使布体1发热均匀,该碳纤维发热布可以制成护膝、手套、坐垫、电热毯等,具有良好的舒适性。
