Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种密炼机无导向杆式液压上顶栓,包括压砣、压砣推杆、压砣油缸、横梁、连接座及限位缓冲座,其特殊之处在于横梁上连接有朝下设置的定位销轴,在连接座上与定位销轴对应的位置处设有限位缓冲座,限位缓冲座上设有可与定位销轴相配合的孔。本实用新型省略了结构笨重且不必要的导向机构,代之以结构轻便简单的定位销轴,既能起到定压浮动限位作用,同时也简化了液压上顶栓的整体结构,降低了制造成本,性能稳定可靠。

本实用新型涉及一种炼胶设备,特别是密炼机无导向杆式液压上顶栓。
背景技术
目前,橡胶(塑料)工业中用于炼胶的密炼机的液压上顶栓主要由压砣、压砣推杆、压砣油缸、导向杆、横梁、连接座及限位缓冲座组成。压砣推杆的顶部连接有横梁,横梁的两端与油缸活塞杆连接。导向杆穿过横梁,在压砣上下移动时起导向作用。由于压砣上下运行为空载运行,因此导向杆的导向作用不是必要的。只有压砣在下限压料位作定压浮动时,导向杆才能起到限位作用,防止因振动而使压砣、横梁、油缸活塞杆前后左右晃动,损坏油缸及整机。这种带有导向杆的液压上顶栓结构复杂、笨重,成本较高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、轻便,成本较低的密炼机无导向杆式液压上顶栓。
本实用新型目的是这样实现的:一种密炼机无导向杆式液压上顶栓,包括压砣、压砣推杆、压砣油缸、横梁、连接座、定位销轴及限位缓冲座,其特殊之处在于横梁上连接有朝下设置的定位销轴,在连接座上与定位销轴对应的位置处设有限位缓冲座,限位缓冲座上设有可与定位销轴相配合的孔。
采用这种结构的密炼机无导向杆式液压上顶栓,省略了结构笨重且不必要的导向机构,代之以结构轻便简单的定位销轴。压砣在上升和下降时为无导向运动,而在下限压料位时,插入到限位缓冲座孔内的定位销轴,能够起到定压浮动限位作用。同时也简化了液压上顶栓的整体结构。
本实用新型的特点是:省略了结构笨重且不必要的导向机构,代之以结构轻便简单的定位销轴,既能起到定压浮动限位作用,同时也简化了液压上顶栓的整体结构,降低了制造成本,性能稳定可靠。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详述:
如图1所示,密炼机无导向杆式液压上顶栓的两个油缸3固定在连接座6上,压砣1与压砣推杆2和横梁5连接,横梁的两端与油缸活塞杆8连接,在横梁下方对称设置两个与其连接的定位销轴4。连接座上与两定位销轴对应的位置处设有限位缓冲座7,限位缓冲座上设有可与定位销轴相配合的孔9。
当压砣运行至下限位时,通过限位缓冲座限位,见图2,此时横梁上的两个定位销轴分别插入到连接座上两个限位缓冲座的孔内,压砣在定压浮动时,通过定位销轴与限位缓冲座孔的配合,有效防止因振动导致压砣、横梁、油缸活塞杆前后左右晃动,保证油缸及整机使用的可靠性。

1、一种密炼机无导向杆式液压上顶栓,包括压砣、压砣推杆、压砣油缸、横梁、连接座及限位缓冲座,其特征在于横梁上连接有朝下设置的定位销轴,在连接座上与定位销轴对应的位置处设有限位缓冲座,限位缓冲座上设有可与定位销轴相配合的孔。
