一种带有新型茶叶过滤网的茶杯，包括：杯体和杯盖，其特征在于：杯体内的上部带有台，台上装有过滤网外圈，过滤网外圈内通过带摩擦面的轴头连接有过滤网内圈，过滤网内圈内带有茶叶过滤网。
本实用新型放茶叶和倒茶叶时不需将茶叶过滤网拿掉，只需将茶叶过滤网转动一定的方向即可将茶叶过滤网打开一部分放茶叶和倒茶叶，方便实用，然后，再转回原位置，起到过滤茶叶的目的。
