一、技术领域
本实用新型属于一种人们日常生活用品，尤其是涉及到一种农村从井里取水的工具。
二、技术背景
目前，广大农村居民用水仍然是以吸取井水为主，而为了解决人们挑水吃的问题，人们使用了一种手摇式吸水泵，但由于摇时用手不仅费力，而且需占用一只用，往往给人们边吸水边洗涤带来困难。
三、技术方案
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能够利用脚踏吸水的新型水泵。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的主要技术方案：在泵体邻近的地面设置了一个脚踏板，该脚踏板与地面上的厚木板之间设有压簧，且通过设有活动轴的杠杆与摇柄连接。
本实用新型不仅结构简单，而且省力，将手从摇压中解放出来，使人们能够边吸水边双手洗涤物品。

图中：1为泵体，2为摇柄，3为出水口，4为脚踏板，5为杠杆，6为厚木板，7为压簧，8为活动轴。
五、具体实施方式
实施本实用新型时，如图1所示，利用杠杆工作原理，将设置有两个活动轴8的杠杆5的上端与摇柄2连接，其下端与脚踏板4相连，脚踏板4下方对应地面上设有厚木板6，且其上固定有压簧7。当人们需要自井里吸水时，只需踩脚踏板4，在杠杆5的作用下将摇柄2下压，使泵自井里吸水自出水口3流入水池或盛水器皿；当人们抬起脚时，脚踏板4在压簧7的作用下上升，通过杠杆5的传导使摇柄2也上升回位。如此往复循环，就能使井水源源不断地吸出，既解放了人们的双手，同时也省力、节水。
