Description
技术领域 本发明涉及一种利用木酢液作为载体的生物有机肥料,特别是具有抗病虫害功能的生物有机肥料。
背景技术 针对农产品的有害残留物质居高不下、土壤有机质含量持续降低,病虫害耐药性增强、生态环境遭到严重破坏的问题,国内外都在开发研制绿色无公害的生态有机肥料。木酢液最初是从草本药物酢浆草中提取出来的,含有丰富的植物所需的微量元素,具有极强的渗透力和附着力,还有一定的杀菌力和驱虫力。利用木酢液的这些特点,以其作为载体再添加其他有用元素的木酢液生物有机肥料就是其中的一种,在日本和韩国都有产品在使用。由三枝敏郎著、日本创森社1998年10月出版的《山草质问箱》对这种肥料进行了介绍。但这些木酢液产品存在以下缺点:对昆虫、介壳虫等害虫驱避作用弱;内含总养分不足以满足作物需求;缓释结构有缺陷,肥效不易持久;原料选择不过关,品质难保证。虽在欧美、日韩流行多年,但却不适应我国长期施用化肥后形成的土壤情况。
发明内容 本发明的目的就是要研制一种既适应我国长期施用化肥后形成的土壤情况,又具有较强的抗病虫害和肥效持久的木酢液生物有机肥料。
本发明针对现有木酢液生物有机肥料的不足,通过添加生物碱、黄酮类化合物等强效中药成分增强抗虫性;通过添加海洋生物几丁聚糖增加营养成分并加强加强缓释效果。针对我国土壤的化学肥料沉积、土壤中反硝化菌群弱势的特点,本发明添加活性菌,繁荣土壤生物群,进而改变土壤理化性质,分解土壤有害化学残留,增加对动植物残体的分解能力,加强有机质积累。
本发明按质量百分比的主要成份如下:
木酢液 50%-80%;
几丁聚糖 20%-40%;
Bt-素 3%-5%;
苦参碱 2%-4%;
臭椿苦酮 1%-3%;
狼毒素 3%-5%;
经蜡样芽孢杆菌-嗜线虫杆菌-苏门金杆菌耐药性杂交变种的活性菌群1.8~2.2亿个/ml。
本发明按质量百分比的最佳配方为:
木酢液 65%-75%;
几丁聚糖 18%-22%;
Bt-素 2.4%-3.2%;
苦参碱 2.0%-2.5%;
臭椿苦酮 1.8%-2.1%;
狼毒素 2.5%-2.9%;
经蜡样芽孢杆菌-嗜线虫杆菌-苏门金杆菌耐药性杂交变种的活性菌群1.8~2.2亿个/ml。
本发明上述配方中的苦参碱可以用毒芹碱、乌头碱、白屈菜碱、雷公藤碱、百部碱、芥芬胺、假芥芬胺、玉红芥芬胺、秋水仙碱、计明胺、藜芦酰棋盘花碱等生物碱类的任何一种替代;臭椿苦酮可以用甘草查耳酮、甘草异黄酮、吡喃黄烷酮、瑞香狼毒甙、鱼藤酮类的任何一种黄酮类抗菌化合物代替;狼毒素可以用具抗菌作用的单萜、倍半萜、二萜类、倍半萜内酯类、三萜类硫酸化三萜皂甙等萜类的任何一种代替。
由于本发明采用了上述配方,抗虫能力达到了60%-81.4%,肥效持久能力从原来的50-70天达到了90-120天。使用本发明的木酢液的养分状况得到明显的改善,经过大连医科大学中医药分子生物学实验室检测,使用本发明前后的木酢液养分变化值见下表:

2、一种如权利要求1所述的生物有机肥料,其特征在于:所述有机肥料按质量百分比的最佳配方如下:
木酢液 65%-75%;
几丁聚糖 18%-22%;
Bt-素 2.4%-3.2%;
苦参碱 2.0%-2.5%;
臭椿苦酮 1.8%-2.1%;
狼毒素 2.5%-2.9%;
经蜡样芽孢杆菌-嗜线虫杆菌-苏门金杆菌耐药性杂交变种的活性菌群1.8~2.2亿个/ml。
3、一种如权利要求1所述的生物有机肥料,其特征在于:所述的苦参碱可以用毒芹碱、乌头碱、白屈菜碱、雷公藤碱、百部碱、芥芬胺、假芥芬胺、玉红芥芬胺、秋水仙碱、计明胺、藜芦酰棋盘花碱等生物碱类的任何一种替代。
4、一种如权利要求1所述的生物有机肥料,其特征在于:所述的臭椿苦酮可以用甘草查耳酮、甘草异黄酮、吡喃黄烷酮、瑞香狼毒甙、鱼藤酮类的任何一种黄酮类抗菌化合物代替。
5、一种如权利要求1所述的生物有机肥料,其特征在于:所述的狼毒素可以用具抗菌作用的单萜、倍半萜、二萜类、倍半萜内酯类、三萜类硫酸化三萜皂甙等萜类的任何一种代替。
