本发明公开一种低钛碳铬铁的生产工艺:铬矿:Cr2O3≥40%,Cr/Fe≥1.8,(MgO+CaO)Al2O3=1-1.6,Ti≤0.10%,粒度40mm;焦炭:固定炭≥82%,灰分≤15%,P≤0.025%,Ti≤0.15%,粒度6-18mm;硅石:SiO2≥97%,Al2O3≤1.5%,水洗无杂质,粒度20-40mm;将上述原料混合置炉中冶炼,炉内温度在1600-1800℃之间,在冶炼过程中控制炉渣三元渣型MgO32-38%,SiO228-32%,Al2O322-27%,在冶炼过程中及时补充炉料,尤其是在出铁口区域定期附加焦炭及镁质材料。本发明含Ti≤0.03%,满足了对此类特性品种的要求,通过试用,用本发明作添加剂生产的特殊钢的耐磨性和强度均得到了满足,市场前景看好,将使我国特殊钢钢材的质量取得大的突破。

低钛高碳铬铁生产工艺
技术领域。
本发明涉及一种低钛碳铬的冶炼生产工艺。
背景技术。
目前,低钛碳铬主要用作特殊钢种的炼钢添加剂,如轴承钢等。在本产品发明前,由于缺乏优质低钛添加剂,我国轴承的强度和耐磨性等方面存在着明显的缺陷。
发明内容。
本发明的目的在于提供一种低钛高碳铬铁的生产工艺。
本发明的目的是通过如下途径实现的:一种低钛高碳铬铁的生产工艺:
取铬矿:Cr2O3≥40%,Cr/Fe≥1.8,(MgO+CaO)Al2O3=1-1.6,Ti≤0.10%,粒度40mm;
焦炭:固定炭≥82%,灰分≤15%,P≤0.025%,Ti≤0.15%,粒度6-18mm;
硅石:SiO2≥97%,Al2O3≤1.5%,水洗无杂质,粒度20-40mm;
将上述原料混合置炉中冶炼,炉内温度在1600-1800之间,在冶炼过程中控制炉渣三元渣型MgO32-38%,SiO228-32%,Al2O322-27%,在冶炼过程中及时补充炉料,尤其是在出铁口区域定期附加焦碳及镁质材料。
本发明含Ti≤0.03%,满足了对此类特性品种的要求,通过试用,用本发明作添加剂生产的特殊钢的耐磨性和强度均得到了满足,市场前景看好,将使我国特殊钢钢材的质量取得大的突破。

如图1所示;一种低钛高碳铬铁生产工艺:
铬矿:Cr2O3≥40%,Cr/Fe≥1.8,(MgO+CaO)Al2O3=1-1.6,Ti≤0.10%,粒度40mm;
焦炭:固定炭≥82%,灰分≤15%,P≤0.025%,Ti≤0.15%,粒度6-18mm;
硅石:SiO2≥97%,Al2O3≤1.5%,水洗无杂质,粒度20-40mm;

1、一种低钛高碳铬铁生产工艺,其特征在于:
铬矿:Cr2O3≥40%,Cr/Fe≥1.8,(MgO+CaO)Al2O3=1-1.6,Ti≤0.10%,粒度40mm;
焦炭:固定炭≥82%,灰分≤15%,P≤0.025%,Ti≤0.15%,粒度6-18mm;
硅石:SiO2≥97%,Al2O3≤1.5%,水洗无杂质,粒度20-40mm;
将上述原料混合置炉中冶炼,炉内温度在1600-1800之间,在冶炼过程中控制炉渣三元渣型MgO32-38%,SiO228-32%,Al2O322-27%,在冶炼过程中及时补充炉料,尤其是在出铁口区域定期附加焦碳及镁质材料。
