In an optional example, the control unit 104 may be configured to determine whether the current temperature and humidity data is greater than or equal to a set temperature and humidity peak value. The specific function and processing of the control unit 104 are referred to in step S120.

In an optional example, the control unit 104 may be further configured to start a protection setting action if the current temperature and humidity data is greater than or equal to the set temperature and humidity peak value. The specific function and processing of the control unit 104 are also referred to in step S130.
For example: the temperature and humidity sensor is arranged inside the air conditioner electrical box, the temperature and humidity inside the electrical box are pre-warned and controlled, the problem of abnormal operation of the whole air conditioner due to high temperature and high humidity inside the electrical box is solved, the safety degree of components inside the air conditioner electrical box is improved, and the reliable operation of the air conditioner is effectively guaranteed.
For example: a temperature and humidity sensor is arranged in a controller inside an air-conditioning electric appliance box, and the real-time temperature and humidity inside the electric appliance box are monitored so as to facilitate early warning and processing and ensure the reliable and stable operation of the whole machine product.
Therefore, the current temperature and humidity data in the electric appliance box collected by the temperature and humidity sensor arranged in the electric appliance box are acquired, and the protection action is set by starting under the condition that the current temperature and humidity data are larger than or equal to the set temperature and humidity data, so that the problem that the reliability and the safety of the operation of the air conditioner are improved because the temperature and humidity data in the electric appliance box are too large and the air conditioner is abnormal is avoided.
Optionally, the control unit 104 starts a protection setting action, which may include: and starting the set protection action through a controller in the electrical box.
Therefore, the set protection action is started through the controller in the electric box, the structure is simple, and the control reliability is high.
The setting protection action may include at least one of the following situations.
The first case: and powering off the air conditioner.
The second case: and enabling the compressor of the air conditioner to operate in a frequency reduction mode according to the set frequency reduction amplitude.
The third situation: and stopping the overload protection of the compressor of the air conditioner.

Therefore, the flexibility and the reliability of the air conditioner protection mode under the condition that the temperature and humidity data inside the electric appliance box exceed the set temperature and humidity peak value are favorably improved through the set protection action under various conditions.
In an alternative embodiment, the method may further include: the control unit 104 may be further configured to initiate a first warning message that the current temperature and humidity data exceeds the set temperature and humidity peak value if the current temperature and humidity data is greater than or equal to the set temperature and humidity peak value; or when the current temperature and humidity data are close to the set temperature and humidity peak value, warning is carried out.

Therefore, the current state of the air conditioner of the user can be reminded by warning under the condition that the current temperature and humidity data inside the electric appliance box is close to or exceeds the set temperature and humidity peak value, and the electric appliance box is strong in intuition and good in humanization.
Optionally, the initiating, by the control unit 104, a second warning message that the current temperature and humidity data is close to the set temperature and humidity peak value may include: and initiating a second warning message that the current temperature and humidity data is close to the set temperature and humidity peak value through an external digital display operation module and/or an indicator lamp of the air conditioner.
For example: the peak value is set according to the temperature and humidity value, and the processor carries out warning display on the external digital display control module when the temperature and humidity value is close to (for example, the temperature and humidity value) or exceeds the peak value.
Therefore, a second warning message is initiated through an external digital display operation module, an indicator light and the like of the air conditioner, so that the air conditioner is convenient for a user to watch and is good in humanization; and no additional hardware equipment is needed, and the cost is low.

Optionally, the displaying unit 106 displays the current temperature and humidity data, which may include:

For example: the temperature and humidity sensor sends the collected temperature and humidity signals to a chip processor (for example, a controller in an air conditioner electrical box), the chip processor converts the temperature and humidity signals collected by the temperature and humidity sensor into related values (for example, the related values may be specific data display values of temperature or humidity, such as a dry bulb temperature value XX and a wet bulb temperature value YY) through a signal storage and conversion device, and the related values may be directly transmitted to an external digital display control module of the air conditioner through a communication component for display.
Therefore, the current temperature and humidity data are converted into the corresponding dry-bulb temperature value and the corresponding wet-bulb temperature value to be displayed, so that the comparison of users is facilitated, the intuition is strong, and the humanization is good.
In an alternative embodiment, the method may further include: a memory unit 108.
In an optional example, the storage unit 108 may be configured to store at least one of the current temperature and humidity data and the set temperature and humidity peak value.
Therefore, the current temperature and humidity data and the set temperature and humidity peak value are stored, so that the recording and searching are facilitated, maintenance personnel or research personnel can know the air conditioner operation parameters conveniently, and the reliability is high.

Since the processes and functions implemented by the apparatus of this embodiment substantially correspond to the embodiments, principles and examples of the method shown in fig. 1 to 3, the description of this embodiment is not detailed, and reference may be made to the related descriptions in the foregoing embodiments, which are not repeated herein.
Through a large number of tests, the technical scheme of the invention is adopted, and the temperature and humidity sensor is arranged in the controller in the air-conditioning electric appliance box to monitor the real-time temperature and humidity in the electric appliance box, so that the early warning and the processing are convenient, and the reliable and stable operation of the whole machine product is ensured.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided an air conditioner corresponding to a control device of the air conditioner. The air conditioner may include: the control device of the air conditioner described above.
In an optional embodiment, the invention aims to provide a temperature and humidity monitoring device and method inside an electrical box of an air conditioner.
Optionally, a temperature and humidity sensor can be arranged in a controller inside the air-conditioning electric appliance box, and the real-time temperature and humidity inside the electric appliance box are monitored, so that early warning and processing are facilitated, and the reliable and stable operation performance of the whole machine product is guaranteed.
In an optional example, the invention provides a temperature and humidity monitoring device and method inside an air conditioner, so as to implement early warning and control mechanism for high-temperature and high-humidity environment by detecting the temperature and humidity inside an electrical appliance box of the air conditioner. This inside humiture monitoring device of air conditioner can include: the device comprises a controller, a temperature and humidity sensor, a communication assembly, an external digital display control module and the like.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, in the device and method for monitoring temperature and humidity inside an air conditioner, the device for monitoring temperature and humidity inside an air conditioner may include: the device comprises a complete machine controller, a temperature and humidity sensor, a communication assembly, a power supply module (or a power supply unit), an external digital display control module and an input/output unit.
Optionally, the controller is an air conditioner internal control unit, and may include: the device comprises a power supply module, a processor, an input and output unit and the like. Here, the input/output unit, the power supply module and the processor may be connected to an original controller inside the air conditioner. Namely, the elements can be carried out by relying on circuits in the original controller, redundant paths are not increased, and the increase of cost is reduced.
Alternatively, the input unit (or input module) may include: power supply unit, signal acquisition unit.
Alternatively, the output unit (or the output unit) may include: the system comprises conversion output of signals of a sensor (such as a temperature and humidity sensor), external digital display, output of action signals related to protection of the whole machine by a digital display module and the like.
Optionally, the communication assembly may include: the communication component itself, may also include: a data conversion unit and a data storage/processing unit.
The communication component, i.e. the transmission component of the data signal, can be understood as a data conversion module, a communication line, etc. of the sensor collecting signal. The data conversion unit can be understood as a sensor, an external digital display screen, etc. The data storage/processing unit can be understood as a chip processor, i.e., a component for sorting and archiving data collected by the sensor, and also includes a chip for storing programs such as analyzing and processing signals and setting action limit values. The data signal storage and processing unit stores the temperature and humidity value inside the electric appliance box.
Optionally, the temperature and humidity monitoring device inside the air conditioner may further include: and a detection module. The detection module can be a temperature and humidity detection sensor assembly.
Further, in the scheme of the invention, the temperature and humidity sensor sends the collected temperature and humidity signals to a chip processor (for example, a controller in an air conditioner electrical box), the chip processor converts the temperature and humidity signals collected by the temperature and humidity sensor into related values (for example, the related values can be specific data display values of temperature or humidity, such as a dry-bulb temperature value XX, a wet-bulb temperature value YY and the like) through a signal storage and conversion device, and the related values can be directly transmitted to an external digital display control module of the air conditioner through a communication component for display; the peak value is set according to the temperature and humidity value, the processor carries out warning display on the external digital display control module when the temperature and humidity value approaches (for example, the temperature and humidity value) or exceeds the peak value, and the processor carries out automatic power-off or other protection measures (for example, frequency reduction processing, compressor overload protection shutdown and the like) when a certain peak value is exceeded.
Since the processing and functions of the air conditioner of this embodiment are basically corresponding to the embodiments, principles and examples of the apparatus shown in fig. 4, the description of this embodiment is not given in detail, and reference may be made to the related descriptions in the embodiments, which are not described herein again.
Through a large number of tests, the technical scheme of the invention realizes the early warning and control mechanism of the high-temperature and high-humidity environment by detecting the temperature and the humidity inside the air-conditioning electric appliance box, can improve the safety degree of components in the air-conditioning electric appliance box, and effectively ensures the reliable operation of the air conditioner.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided a storage medium corresponding to a control method of an air conditioner. The storage medium may include: the storage medium has stored therein a plurality of instructions; the plurality of instructions are used for loading and executing the control method of the air conditioner by the processor.
Since the processing and functions implemented by the storage medium of this embodiment substantially correspond to the embodiments, principles, and examples of the methods shown in fig. 1 to fig. 3, details are not described in the description of this embodiment, and reference may be made to the related descriptions in the foregoing embodiments, which are not described herein again.
Through a large number of tests, the technical scheme of the invention is adopted, and the temperature and humidity sensor is arranged inside the air-conditioning electric appliance box to early warn and control the temperature and humidity inside the electric appliance box, so that the problem of abnormal operation of the whole air-conditioning box caused by high temperature and high humidity inside the electric appliance box is solved, and the reliable operation of the air-conditioning is effectively guaranteed.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided an air conditioner corresponding to a control method of the air conditioner. The air conditioner may include: a processor for executing a plurality of instructions; a memory to store a plurality of instructions; the plurality of instructions are stored by the memory, and are loaded and executed by the processor.
Since the processing and functions of the air conditioner of this embodiment are basically corresponding to the embodiments, principles and examples of the methods shown in fig. 1 to 3, the description of this embodiment is not detailed, and reference may be made to the related descriptions in the foregoing embodiments, which are not described herein again.
Through a large number of tests, the technical scheme of the invention realizes the early warning and control mechanism of the high-temperature and high-humidity environment by detecting the temperature and humidity inside the air-conditioning electric appliance box, can solve the problems of electric arcs or overheating and the like generated by control elements inside the electric appliance box in the running process due to the over standard temperature and humidity inside the electric appliance box, improves the safety degree of components inside the electric appliance box, and improves the running reliability and safety of the air conditioner.
In summary, it is readily understood by those skilled in the art that the advantageous modes described above can be freely combined and superimposed without conflict.

Claims (15)

1. A control method of an air conditioner, comprising:
acquiring current temperature and humidity data in an electrical box of the air conditioner, wherein the current temperature and humidity data are acquired by a temperature and humidity sensor arranged in the electrical box;
determining whether the current temperature and humidity data is greater than or equal to a set temperature and humidity peak value;
and if the current temperature and humidity data is greater than or equal to the set temperature and humidity peak value, starting a set protection action.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein,
determining whether the current temperature and humidity data is greater than or equal to a set temperature and humidity peak value, including:
determining whether the current temperature and humidity data is greater than or equal to a set temperature and humidity peak value through a controller in the electrical box;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
starting a set protection action, comprising:
and starting the set protection action through a controller in the electrical box.
3. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein the setting a protection action comprises:
powering off the air conditioner; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
enabling a compressor of the air conditioner to operate in a frequency reduction mode according to a set frequency reduction amplitude; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and stopping the overload protection of the compressor of the air conditioner.
4. The method of any one of claims 1-3, further comprising:
if the current temperature and humidity data are greater than or equal to the set temperature and humidity peak value, initiating a first warning message that the current temperature and humidity data exceed the set temperature and humidity peak value;
or,
if the current temperature and humidity data is smaller than the set temperature and humidity peak value, determining whether the difference value between the set temperature and humidity peak value and the current temperature and humidity data is smaller than or equal to a set threshold value;
if the difference value is smaller than or equal to the set threshold value, initiating a second warning message that the current temperature and humidity data approaches the set temperature and humidity peak value;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
displaying at least one of the current temperature and humidity data, the set temperature and humidity peak value, the first warning message and the second warning message;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and storing at least one of the current temperature and humidity data and the set temperature and humidity peak value.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein,
initiating a first warning message that the current temperature and humidity data exceeds the set temperature and humidity peak value, including:
initiating a first warning message that the current temperature and humidity data exceeds the set temperature and humidity peak value through an external digital display operation module and/or an indicator lamp of the air conditioner;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
initiating a second warning message that the current temperature and humidity data approaches the set temperature and humidity peak value, including:
initiating a second warning message that the current temperature and humidity data approaches the set temperature and humidity peak value through an external digital display operation module and/or an indicator lamp of the air conditioner;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
displaying at least one of the current temperature and humidity data, the set temperature and humidity peak value, the first warning message and the second warning message, including:
displaying at least one of the current temperature and humidity data, the set temperature and humidity peak value, the first warning message and the second warning message through an external digital display operation module of the air conditioner;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
storing at least one of the current temperature and humidity data and the set temperature and humidity peak value, including:
and storing at least one of the current temperature and humidity data and the set temperature and humidity peak value through a storage module of the controller of the air conditioner.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein displaying the current temperature and humidity data comprises:
converting the temperature data and/or the humidity data in the current temperature and humidity data into corresponding dry-bulb temperature values and wet-bulb temperature values through a controller of the air conditioner;
sending the dry-bulb temperature value and the wet-bulb temperature value to an external digital display operation module of the air conditioner through a communication component of the air conditioner;
and displaying the dry-bulb temperature value and the wet-bulb temperature value through an external digital display operation module of the air conditioner.
7. A control device of an air conditioner, characterized by comprising:
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring current temperature and humidity data in an electric box of the air conditioner, which is acquired by a temperature and humidity sensor arranged in the electric box;
the control unit is used for determining whether the current temperature and humidity data is greater than or equal to a set temperature and humidity peak value or not;
and the control unit is also used for starting a set protection action if the current temperature and humidity data is greater than or equal to the set temperature and humidity peak value.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the control unit comprises: a controller inside the appliance box;
wherein,
the control unit determines whether the current temperature and humidity data is greater than or equal to a set temperature and humidity peak value, and the method comprises the following steps:
determining whether the current temperature and humidity data is greater than or equal to a set temperature and humidity peak value through a controller in the electrical box;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the control unit starts a set protection action, comprising:
and starting the set protection action through a controller in the electrical box.
9. The apparatus of claim 7 or 8, wherein the setting of the protection action comprises:
powering off the air conditioner; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
enabling a compressor of the air conditioner to operate in a frequency reduction mode according to a set frequency reduction amplitude; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and stopping the overload protection of the compressor of the air conditioner.
10. The apparatus of any of claims 7-9, further comprising:
the control unit is further configured to initiate a first warning message that the current temperature and humidity data exceeds the set temperature and humidity peak value if the current temperature and humidity data is greater than or equal to the set temperature and humidity peak value;
or,
the control unit is further configured to determine whether a difference between the set temperature and humidity peak value and the current temperature and humidity data is less than or equal to a set threshold value if the current temperature and humidity data is less than the set temperature and humidity peak value;
the control unit is further configured to initiate a second warning message that the current temperature and humidity data approaches the set temperature and humidity peak value if the difference is smaller than or equal to the set threshold;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the display unit is used for displaying at least one of the current temperature and humidity data, the set temperature and humidity peak value, the first warning message and the second warning message;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and the storage unit is used for storing at least one of the current temperature and humidity data and the set temperature and humidity peak value.
11. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein,
the control unit initiates a first warning message that the current temperature and humidity data exceeds the set temperature and humidity peak value, including:
initiating a first warning message that the current temperature and humidity data exceeds the set temperature and humidity peak value through an external digital display operation module and/or an indicator lamp of the air conditioner;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the control unit initiates a second warning message that the current temperature and humidity data approaches the set temperature and humidity peak value, including:
initiating a second warning message that the current temperature and humidity data approaches the set temperature and humidity peak value through an external digital display operation module and/or an indicator lamp of the air conditioner;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the display unit includes: an external digital display operation module;
the display unit displays at least one of the current temperature and humidity data, the set temperature and humidity peak value, the first warning message and the second warning message, and comprises:
displaying at least one of the current temperature and humidity data, the set temperature and humidity peak value, the first warning message and the second warning message through an external digital display operation module of the air conditioner;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the memory cell includes: the controller of the air conditioner is provided with a storage module;

sending the dry-bulb temperature value and the wet-bulb temperature value to an external digital display operation module of the air conditioner through a communication component of the air conditioner;
and displaying the dry-bulb temperature value and the wet-bulb temperature value through an external digital display operation module of the air conditioner.
13. An air conditioner, comprising: the control device of an air conditioner according to any one of claims 7 to 12.
14. A storage medium having a plurality of instructions stored therein; the plurality of instructions for being loaded by a processor and executing the control method of the air conditioner according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
15. An air conditioner, comprising:
a processor for executing a plurality of instructions;
a memory to store a plurality of instructions;
wherein the plurality of instructions are stored by the memory, and loaded and executed by the processor to perform the control method of the air conditioner according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
