本发明公开了一种高吸湿医用擦手纸用聚乳酸纤维,其原料按重量份包括:聚乳酸60‑80份,黄原胶复合物15‑24份,硅烷偶联剂0.1‑0.5份,填充补强剂8‑12份,聚乙二醇1‑2份,环氧大豆油1‑2份,氧化聚乙烯蜡1‑2份,着色剂1‑2份,润滑剂0.5‑1.2份,分散剂1‑2份。黄原胶复合物采用如下工艺制备:将椰子纤维干燥,粉碎,加入氢氧化钠溶液浸泡,过滤,干燥,加入乙醇溶液、1‑(3‑二甲氨基丙基)‑3‑乙基碳二亚胺盐酸、N‑羟基苯并三氮唑混合均匀,接着加入黄原胶搅拌,洗涤,冷冻干燥,粉粹得到黄原胶复合物。本发明吸湿性能优异,可应用于医用擦手纸,而且废弃后生物降解性好,对环境的不良影响小。

技术领域
本发明涉及医用擦手纸技术领域,尤其涉及一种高吸湿医用擦手纸用聚乳酸纤维。
背景技术
聚乳酸(PLA)纤维是以玉米、小麦等含淀粉原料,经发酵转化为乳酸,再经聚合、纺丝制成的纤维,它不仅具有优异的物理性能和服用性能,而且能生物降解,是一种可完全自然循环的新型环保纤维,可被广泛应用于医用擦手纸。
PLA纤维具有独特的物理化学性能,用其制成的医用擦手纸手感柔软、形态稳定,但PLA纤维存在吸湿效果满足不了需求,这对PLA擦手纸的推广带来了困难。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种高吸湿医用擦手纸用聚乳酸纤维,在维持聚乳酸本身所具有的透明性与柔软性的同时,吸湿性能优异,可应用于医用擦手纸,而且废弃后生物降解性好,废弃后放置在自然环境下或埋入土中可缓慢分解,对环境的不良影响小。
本发明提出的一种高吸湿医用擦手纸用聚乳酸纤维,其原料按重量份包括:聚乳酸60-80份,黄原胶复合物15-24份,硅烷偶联剂0.1-0.5份,填充补强剂8-12份,聚乙二醇1-2份,环氧大豆油1-2份,氧化聚乙烯蜡1-2份,着色剂1-2份,润滑剂0.5-1.2份,分散剂1-2份。
优选地,黄原胶复合物采用如下工艺制备:将椰子纤维干燥,粉碎,加入氢氧化钠溶液浸泡,过滤,干燥,加入乙醇溶液、1-(3-二甲氨基丙基)-3-乙基碳二亚胺盐酸、N-羟基苯并三氮唑混合均匀,接着加入黄原胶搅拌,洗涤,冷冻干燥,粉粹得到黄原胶复合物。
优选地,黄原胶复合物的制备工艺中,将椰子纤维干燥20-40min,干燥温度为105-115℃。
优选地,黄原胶复合物的制备工艺中,加入氢氧化钠溶液浸泡2-6h,浸泡温度为60-70℃。
优选地,黄原胶复合物的制备工艺中,椰子纤维、氢氧化钠溶液、乙醇溶液、1-(3-二甲氨基丙基)-3-乙基碳二亚胺盐酸、N-羟基苯并三氮唑、黄原胶的重量比为20-24:50-70:80-120:0.5-1.5:0.8-1.5:24-35,氢氧化钠溶液浓度为0.8-1.2mol/L,乙醇溶液浓度60-70wt%。
优选地,填充补强剂按重量份包括:亚麻纤维2-6份,膨胀珍珠岩1-4份,麦饭石粉2-4份,沸石粉1-2份。
本发明在维持聚乳酸本身所具有的透明性与柔软性的同时,吸湿性能优异,可应用于医用擦手纸,而且废弃后生物降解性好,废弃后放置在自然环境下或埋入土中可缓慢分解,对环境的不良影响小。
本发明的黄原胶复合物中,椰子纤维经过氢氧化钠碱化处理后表面活性极高,分散在乙醇溶液中,与黄原胶复配,再经1-(3-二甲氨基丙基)-3-乙基碳二亚胺盐酸和N-羟基苯并三氮唑处理后,具有较高交联度和力学性能,不仅细孔结构发达,吸湿效果较高,而且降解性能良好,40d完全降解,有利于在医用擦手纸的广泛应用;黄原胶复合物与聚乳酸纤维配合可节省聚乳酸的添加量,显著提高聚乳酸纤维的吸湿效果,可达自身重量的73%以上,而且不易断裂,纤维强度极高,其拉伸强度可达31MPa,断裂伸长率高达500%,同时两者降解性能较好,废弃后不污染环境,埋入地下后2年可降解75%以上。
具体实施方式
下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种高吸湿医用擦手纸用聚乳酸纤维,其原料包括:聚乳酸60kg,黄原胶复合物24kg,硅烷偶联剂0.1kg,填充补强剂12kg,聚乙二醇1kg,环氧大豆油2kg,氧化聚乙烯蜡1kg,着色剂2kg,润滑剂0.5kg,分散剂2kg。
填充补强剂包括:亚麻纤维2kg,膨胀珍珠岩4kg,麦饭石粉2kg,沸石粉2kg。
黄原胶复合物采用如下工艺制备:将20kg椰子纤维干燥40min,干燥温度为105℃,粉碎,加入70kg浓度为0.8mol/L氢氧化钠溶液浸泡6h,浸泡温度为60℃,过滤,干燥,加入120kg浓度60wt%乙醇溶液、1.5kg1-(3-二甲氨基丙基)-3-乙基碳二亚胺盐酸、0.8kgN-羟基苯并三氮唑混合均匀,接着加入35kg黄原胶搅拌2h,去离子水洗涤,冷冻干燥,粉粹得到黄原胶复合物。
实施例2
一种高吸湿医用擦手纸用聚乳酸纤维,其原料包括:聚乳酸80kg,黄原胶复合物15kg,硅烷偶联剂0.5kg,填充补强剂8kg,聚乙二醇2kg,环氧大豆油1kg,氧化聚乙烯蜡2kg,着色剂1kg,润滑剂1.2kg,分散剂1kg。
填充补强剂包括:亚麻纤维6kg,膨胀珍珠岩1kg,麦饭石粉4kg,沸石粉1kg。
黄原胶复合物采用如下工艺制备:将24kg椰子纤维干燥20min,干燥温度为115℃,粉碎,加入50kg浓度为1.2mol/L氢氧化钠溶液浸泡2h,浸泡温度为70℃,过滤,干燥,加入80kg浓度70wt%乙醇溶液、0.5kg1-(3-二甲氨基丙基)-3-乙基碳二亚胺盐酸、1.5kgN-羟基苯并三氮唑混合均匀,接着加入24kg黄原胶搅拌4h,去离子水洗涤,冷冻干燥,粉粹得到黄原胶复合物。
实施例3
一种高吸湿医用擦手纸用聚乳酸纤维,其原料包括:聚乳酸65kg,黄原胶复合物22kg,硅烷偶联剂0.2kg,填充补强剂11kg,聚乙二醇1.2kg,环氧大豆油1.7kg,氧化聚乙烯蜡1.4kg,着色剂1.7kg,润滑剂0.8kg,分散剂1.8kg。
填充补强剂包括:亚麻纤维3kg,膨胀珍珠岩3kg,麦饭石粉2.5kg,沸石粉1.8kg。
黄原胶复合物采用如下工艺制备:将21kg椰子纤维干燥35min,干燥温度为108℃,粉碎,加入65kg浓度为0.9mol/L氢氧化钠溶液浸泡5h,浸泡温度为64℃,过滤,干燥,加入110kg浓度64wt%乙醇溶液、1.2kg1-(3-二甲氨基丙基)-3-乙基碳二亚胺盐酸、1kgN-羟基苯并三氮唑混合均匀,接着加入32kg黄原胶搅拌2.5h,去离子水洗涤,冷冻干燥,粉粹得到黄原胶复合物。
实施例4
一种高吸湿医用擦手纸用聚乳酸纤维,其原料包括:聚乳酸75kg,黄原胶复合物18kg,硅烷偶联剂0.4kg,填充补强剂9kg,聚乙二醇1.8kg,环氧大豆油1.3kg,氧化聚乙烯蜡1.6kg,着色剂1.3kg,润滑剂1kg,分散剂1.2kg。
填充补强剂包括:亚麻纤维5kg,膨胀珍珠岩2kg,麦饭石粉3.5kg,沸石粉1.2kg。
黄原胶复合物采用如下工艺制备:将23kg椰子纤维干燥25min,干燥温度为112℃,粉碎,加入55kg浓度为1.1mol/L氢氧化钠溶液浸泡3h,浸泡温度为66℃,过滤,干燥,加入90kg浓度66wt%乙醇溶液、0.8kg1-(3-二甲氨基丙基)-3-乙基碳二亚胺盐酸、1.2kgN-羟基苯并三氮唑混合均匀,接着加入28kg黄原胶搅拌3.5h,去离子水洗涤,冷冻干燥,粉粹得到黄原胶复合物。

2.根据权利要求1所述高吸湿医用擦手纸用聚乳酸纤维,其特征在于,黄原胶复合物采用如下工艺制备:将椰子纤维干燥,粉碎,加入氢氧化钠溶液浸泡,过滤,干燥,加入乙醇溶液、1-(3-二甲氨基丙基)-3-乙基碳二亚胺盐酸、N-羟基苯并三氮唑混合均匀,接着加入黄原胶搅拌,洗涤,冷冻干燥,粉粹得到黄原胶复合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述高吸湿医用擦手纸用聚乳酸纤维,其特征在于,黄原胶复合物的制备工艺中,将椰子纤维干燥20-40min,干燥温度为105-115℃。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述高吸湿医用擦手纸用聚乳酸纤维,其特征在于,黄原胶复合物的制备工艺中,加入氢氧化钠溶液浸泡2-6h,浸泡温度为60-70℃。
5.根据权利要求2-4任一项所述高吸湿医用擦手纸用聚乳酸纤维,其特征在于,黄原胶复合物的制备工艺中,椰子纤维、氢氧化钠溶液、乙醇溶液、1-(3-二甲氨基丙基)-3-乙基碳二亚胺盐酸、N-羟基苯并三氮唑、黄原胶的重量比为20-24:50-70:80-120:0.5-1.5:0.8-1.5:24-35,氢氧化钠溶液浓度为0.8-1.2mol/L,乙醇溶液浓度60-70wt%。
