本发明涉及一种抗阳萎祛风湿酒,属于补肾壮阳,补脾健胃,祛风除湿的中药液保健酒。
经检索,截止目前仅有理肺、祛痰酒的报道,如河北故城县酒厂生产的药酒,它是以大曲酒为酒基,浸泡数种食药兼用植物配制而成,它仅具有润肺止咳,养心安神,健脾开胃功能,对于治疗风湿病,散寒止痛没有功效,尤其是以38-40度粮食白酒为溶媒,加入乌梢蛇、木瓜、莲子、乌梅等20几种中药为原料生产的补酒,还未见文献报道。
本发明的目的在于提供一种以30-40度粮食百酒为溶媒,加入乌梢蛇、木瓜、莲子、乌梅等25种中草药浸泡,用蜂蜜勾兑生产的抗阳萎祛风除湿酒,用以填补祖国医学宝库的空白。

本发明加工的技术方案包括以下步骤:以38-40度的粮食白酒为溶媒;将粉碎后的25种中草药按重量百分比称好混合,置于容器内,同时倒入白酒密封浸泡;每24小时搅拌2-3次,浸泡10-15天后,澄出清液备用;将清液用蜂蜜勾兑搅拌后为成品,将成品装入瓶内,高温灭菌。
本发明加工工艺中所述的蜂蜜为加温炼制的蜂蜜。
本发明的优点及功效:
1、本发明原料易得,25种中草药均为祖国医学宝库中有记载的中草药,价格低廉。
2、由于本发明加入了乌梢蛇,具有祛风,内通经络之功效。
3、由于本发明加入了木瓜,具有治疗风湿、肢体麻痹、筋脉拘挛之功效。
4、由于本发明加入乌梅,具有敛肺止咳、生津止渴、安蛔止痛之功效。
5、由于本发明采用了20多种中草药,并用蜂蜜勾兑,可做为治疗肺结核、心脏衰弱、慢性肝炎等疾病的辅助剂。
6、本发明以38-40度的粮食白酒为溶媒,浸泡中草药,制作工艺简单,符合国标要求。
7、经对300例病人进行治疗,治愈率为72%。

下面结合药理实施例详述本发明。
本发明由25种中草药构成,其中乌梢蛇属祛风湿药,性味甘、平、无毒、入肝经。木瓜属祛风湿药,性味酸、微湿、气香、入肝、脾经。具有舒筋活络、和胃化湿之功能。以安徽宣城木瓜为佳。芡实米、莲子、乌梅系收涩药,它们具有固肾涩精或缩小便的作用,适用于肾虚气弱,精关不固所致的遗精滑泄,尿频、遗尿等症。具化学分析,含蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、钙、磷、铁、VB2、VC等。莲子,性味酸、涩。入肝、脾、肺、大肠经。含有B-固留醇、多量淀粉。乌梅,性味、酸、涩、平、入肝脾肺、大肠经。富含酸质、枸橡酸、苹果酸、琥珀酸,对大肠杆菌、痢疾、伤寒、绿脓、结核杆菌、霍乱弧菌、真菌具有抑制作用,对肠鼠的蛋白所致,组织胺休克有对抗作用。牡蛎为水生之物,性味成、涩、微寒。入肝胆肾经。具有益阴潜阳,收敛固涩、中和胃酸之功效。枣仁,性味,甘、酸、平、入肝、胆、心脾经。含有多量脂肪油,有机酸及丰富的VC。能抑制中枢神经系统而起镇静催眠作用。菊花为清凉解表药,性味甘、微苦、微寒、入肺肝经。含有菊甙、腺嘌呤、胆硷、水微硷、黄酮等。对多种细菌,具有抑制作用,清热解毒效果较好。肉桂,性味,辛、甘、大热。入肝、肾、脾经。含有桂皮油、醋酸桂皮酯及鞣质等。具有止痛、扩张血管的作用。丁香,性味,辛、温。入肺、胃、肾经。含有挥发油,丁香素、邻笨三酚鞣酸等。对白喉、鼠疫等杆菌及黄色葡萄菌、霍乱弧菌等具有抑制作用。高良姜,性味,辛、热、入脾胃经。含有挥发油和黄酮甙衍酮生物,对炭疸、枯草、结核等杆菌及溶血性链球菌有抑制作用。枸杞子,性味、甘、平、入肝肾经。龙眼肉,性味、甘、平、入心脾经。具有补气养血的作用。山药为补气药,性味、甘、平,质润多液,入脾、肺、肾经。含有粘蛋白质、淀粉酶,所含的粘蛋白质在体内水解为有滋养作用的蛋白质和碳水化合物,淀粉酶有水解淀粉为葡萄糖的作用,对治疗糖尿病有一定的疗效。甘草,性味,生用甘、平、蜜用甘,微湿入脾、肺经。富含甘草素、甘露醇、B-固留醇、糖、有机酸等。能解体内细菌毒素,有明显的利尿作用。并有抗炎、抗过敏性反应的功能。霍香,性味,辛、微湿、气芳香、入脾胃肺经。含有挥发油,油中成份为广霍香醇、笨甲醛、丁香酚、桂皮醛、广霍香经。对胃肠神经有镇静作用,并能扩张微细血管,气味芳香,可促进胃液分泌消化。白芷为祛风止痛药,性味,辛、湿、入肺胃经。含有白芷毒素及挥发油,具有兴奋中枢神经,对杆菌以及皮肤真菌有抑制作用。山楂、鸡内金系消化药,其中山楂,性味,酸、甘、入脾、胃、肝经。鸡内金、性味、甘、涩、平、入脾胃小肠膀胱经。茯苓为祛风止痛药,性味,辛、温、入肺、胃经。本发明还加入了化石通淋药,陈皮、砂仁、佛手。陈皮含挥发油,黄酮甙、胡箩卜素等,有助于排除胃肠积气,助消化,故有祛风健胃的作用。佛手,性味,辛、微苦、入肝、脾胃经。具有行气止痛的功能。砂仁,性味,辛、温、气芳香、入脾、胃肾经。具有行气止痛化湿止呕的功能。本发明还采用了理血药中的红花、桃仁,其中红花、性味,辛、温、入心肝经。具有活血通经、祛痰止痛的作用。本发明使用的红花为四川红花。桃仁,性味,甘、苦、平、入心肝大肠经。具有破血祛痰、润燥滑肠的功能。本发明将25种中草药组合在一起,加工配制成保健补酒,25种中草药的具体配方实施例用下表表示:

本发明中的各味中草药,中药市场或药材公司均有出售,按配方将各味药买到后,按下述步骤生产加工。
第一、筛选。滤除杂质,筛除泥沙、石硝以及废弃物。
第二、粉碎。将各味药分别粉碎备用。
第三、按配方含量准确取用混合放置于容器内,各味中草药药量±0.25-0.05公斤。
第四、紫外线杀菌。
第五、将容器内按每10.5公斤药粉加入50公斤38-40度的粮食酿白酒,对中草药粉密封浸泡。每24小时搅拌2-3次,每隔6-8小时搅拌或震荡一次,浸泡10-15天,以12天为佳,不可少于10天。38-40度粮食白酒浸泡药粉的目的是:低度白酒浸泡药粉,所获得的药液为25°左右,符合国家保健药酒的标准要求。本发明中的浸泡方法可采用两种方法,即冷浸法和热浸法。
冷浸法:按配方将药粉装入容器中加入38-40°的白酒后密封浸泡,每天搅拌或振荡2-3次,10-15天后,澄清上层清液,再将残渣中压榨出的液,澄清后与上液合并,静止沉淀后过滤。本发明采用冷浸法。
热浸法:其他同冷浸法,另外,将容器隔水或蒸汽加热至沸,立即取下,倾入容器内密封10-15天后,取其上清液,静止澄清,过滤杀菌、消毒。应注意的是,热浸时间不宜过长,否则酒量挥散。
第六、炼蜜。本发明的药液需用蜂蜜勾兑,以荆条花蜜为佳,荞麦蜜为次。将所选用的蜂蜜加热炼制,蒸去部分水份,破坏毒菌。加热溶化后过滤,除去死蜂等杂质,再继续加热至开锅,随时挥出浮沫杂质,逐渐蒸去水份,一般炼制时无明显蒸汽,中间翻起红、黄色泡沫为度。加热沸腾,温度约115-118℃,浮起的泡沫带有光泽,用手拈有粘性,但两手指离开时无白丝为宜。
第七、将浸泡后的药液用炼制后的蜜蜂勾兑。每10.5公斤药粉的浸出液加蜜峰5公斤,既得成品。
第八、将成品装入瓶内,高温灭菌,每瓶500ml。
按上述工艺步骤具体实施方案如下:
配制100公斤药粉:
乌梢蛇7.14公斤,木瓜7.4公斤,芡实米2.38公斤,莲子2.38公斤,牡蛎4.79公斤,枣仁2.38公斤,菊花2.38公斤,肉桂3.57公斤,高良姜2.38公斤,丁香2.38公斤,枸杞子28.57公斤,龙眼肉4.79公斤,山药2.38公斤,甘草2.38公斤,藿香2.38公斤,白芷2.38公斤,山楂2.38公斤,鸡内金2.38公斤砂仁2.38公斤,佛手2.38公斤,红花1.19公斤,桃仁2.38公斤,陈皮2.38公斤,茯苓2.38公斤。将100公斤药粉混合置于容器内,同时倒入476公斤白酒浸泡。制得的药液按10.5公斤药粉的浸出液兑蜂蜜5公斤。兑付的药液装入瓶内,高温灭菌。
经检验证明,本发明含有维生素B1、B2、C、胡萝卜素及微量元素锌、铁、钙,微量元素含量为:

本发明的毒性,蓄积毒性测定结果:
急性毒性试验:采用霍恩性测定小鼠经口半数致死剂量,实验动物灌胃剂量分别为464、1000、2150、5000mg/kg,一次灌胃后观察7天,结果未见异常表现或死亡,属实际无毒性。
蓄积毒性试验结果:小鼠连续灌胃20天后,累计灌胃剂量达2500mg/kg,实验组动物仅少量死亡,蓄积系数K>5。

Claims (4)
1、一种抗阳萎祛风湿酒,它以白酒为溶媒以25种中草药为原料,兑以蜂蜜加工而成,其特征在于所述的中草药及重量百分比含量为乌梢蛇6.9-7.6,木瓜6.9-7.6,芡实米2.14-2.86,莲子2.14-2.86,乌梅2.14-2.86,牡蛎4.52-5.23,枣仁2.14-2.86,菊花2.14-2.86,肉桂3.33-4.00,高良姜2.14-2.86,丁香2.14-2.86,构杞子26.19-29.00,龙眼肉4.52-5.23,山药2.14-2.86,甘草2.14-2.86,霍香2.14-2.86,白芷2.14-2.86,山楂2.14-2.86,鸡内金2.14-2.86,砂仁2.14-2.86,佛手2.14-2.86,红花0.95-1.67,桃仁2.14-2.86,陈皮2.14-2.86,茯苓2.14-2.86。
2、根据权利要求1所述的抗阳萎祛风湿酒,其原料的重量百分比含量可以是乌梢蛇7.14,木瓜7.14,芡实米2.38,莲子2.38,乌梅2.38,牡蛎4.79,枣仁2.38,菊花2.38,肉桂3.57,高良姜2.38,丁香2.38,枸杞子28.57,龙眼肉4.76,山药2.38,甘草2.38,霍香2.38,白芷2.38,山楂2.38,鸡内金2.38,砂仁2.38,佛手2.38,红花1.19,桃仁2.38,陈皮2.38,茯苓2.38。
3、一种制造如权利要求1所述的抗阳萎祛风湿酒的方法,其特征在于它包括以下步骤:
a、以38-40度的粮食白酒为溶媒;
b、将粉碎后的25种中草药按重量百分比称好混合,置于容器内,同时倒入白酒密封浸泡;
c、每24小时搅拌2-3次,浸泡10-15天后,澄出清液备用;
d、将清液用蜂蜜勾兑搅拌后为成品,将成品装入瓶内,高温灭菌。
4、根据权利要求3所述的抗阳萎祛风湿酒的制作方法,其特征在于所述蜂蜜为炼制的蜂蜜。
