Abstract

"MéTODO PARA RECRESCIMENTO DE CéLULAS EMBRIOGêNICAS CRIOCONSERVADAS DE CONìFERAS". A presente invenção provê métodos para o recrescimento de células embriogênicas de coníferas. O método compreende as etapas de (a) contactar as células embriogênicas crioconservadas de coníferas com um meio líquido de transição, e (b) cultivar as células embriogênicas de coníferas em um meio de recrescimento para gerar o recrescimento das células embriogênicas de coníferas. Geralmente, as células embriogênicas crioconservadas de coníferas são contactadas com o meio líquido de transição durante menos do que cerca de 24 horas, como durante cerca de uma hora.
