Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"PRODUTO FEITO DE PLáSTICO INJETADO, COM IDENTIFICAçãO INDIVIDUAL E MATRIZ DE INJEçãO PARA A FABRICAçãO DO PRODUTO"<D>. Trata-se de um produto feito de plástico injetado, tal como um selo de segurança, individualizado mediante uma tira de papel impressa com a identificação, a qual é solidarizada com uma superfície de identificação no selo. De acordo com a invenção, pelo menos parte da superfície externa da tira de papel (12) é coberta pelo plástico injetado do produto. A invenção contempla também uma matriz de injeção (5, 6) adequada para a fabricação do produto, em que pelo menos uma rugosidade na forma de serrilha (11) provoca a perfuração do papel devido à pressão do plástico sendo injetado, permitindo a passagem do plástico, até o outro lado do papel durante a fabricação do produto.Invention Patent: <B> "PRODUCT MADE OF INJECTED PLASTIC, WITH INDIVIDUAL IDENTIFICATION AND INJECTION MATRIX FOR THE PRODUCT MANUFACTURE" <D>. It is a product made of injected plastic, such as a security seal, individualized by means of a paper strip printed with the identification, which is attached to an identification surface on the seal. According to the invention, at least part of the outer surface of the paper strip (12) is covered by the product's injected plastic. The invention also contemplates an injection matrix (5, 6) suitable for the manufacture of the product, in which at least one roughness in the form of serration (11) causes the perforation of the paper due to the pressure of the plastic being injected, allowing the passage of the plastic, to the other side of the paper when manufacturing the product.
