Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO DE VáLVULA". A presente invenção relaciona-se a um dispositivo para ajuste automático da pressão de fluido a uma válvula de aperto hidráulica (5) ativa em um mecanismo de serra entre um suporte (1) e uma barra de serra (2) deslocável em uma direção longitudinal relativa ao suporte para ajuste do aperto de uma corrente de serra (3) correndo ao redor da barra de serra e um mecanismo de acionamento arranjado no suporte, onde o pistão de aperto (5) é conectado a um sistema hidráulico via o dispositivo de válvula, pelo qual o dispositivo de válvula inclui um espaço em forma cilíndrica (7) e um dispositivo de pistão (8) adequado para caber e se mover entre duas posições de batente naquele espaço, em que o espaço (7) antes do dispositivo pistão (8) em sua posição avançada, tem conexões de abertura, parcialmente ao sistema hidráulico e referidas abaixo como a entrada (9), e parcialmente ao pistão de aperto (5) e referida abaixo como a saída (10), pelo fato de que um dispositivo de válvula de retenção que pode ser aberta é arranjado na saída (10), e que na sua posição ativa permite o fluido fluir somente em uma direção do espaço (7) para o pistão de aperto (5), pelo fato de que o dispositivo pistão (8) é colocado sob tensão por uma mola em uma direção avançada em direção a saída (10) e que em sua posição de batente avançada é capaz de afetar o dispositivo de válvula de retenção (11) de forma que ele se ergue em uma posição aberta, pela qual o dispositivo pistão (8), quando o sistema hidráulico está em um estado não pressurizado, é causado pela inflência da mola erguer sua posição avançada e abrir a válvula de retenção, e que no estado pressurizado do sistema hidráulico, é recuado pela pressão no espaço (7) a sua posição traseira que ativa a válvula de retenção (11) para evitar fluido hidráulico fluir do pistão de aperto (5) para o espaço (7).
