Abstract
"APARELHO PARA SELEçãO POR COR DE MATERIAL GRANULAR". Um aparelho para seleção por cor de material granular compreende um dispositivo de transferência para fazer com que material grãos caiam, unidades detectoras óticas montadas ao longo do lugar geométrico de queda do material grãos, um dispositivo bocal de injeção para injetar ar para o material grãos, e uma unidade de controle para controlar a operação do dispositivo bocal de injeção, em resposta à detecção por meio da unidade detectora ótica. As unidades detectoras óticas e a unidade de controle detectam, de maneira ótica, e discriminam, grãos coloridos diferentes coloridos diferentes em cor de bom material grãos e materiais estranhos em cor, similares ao bom material ou transparentes, que são misturados no material grãos, e ativam o dispositivo bocal de injeção em um período de tempo predeterminado, depois da detecção, para remover os grãos ruins detectados. A unidade de controle ajusta diferentes tempos de injeção e diferentes tempos de injeção e diferentes tempos de atraso de injeção, dependendo se os grãos coloridos ou materiais estranhos.
