Abstract

"DISPOSIçãO CONSTRUTIVA INTRODUZIDA EM MECANISMO DE REGISTRO PARA TORNEIRAS E SIMILARES". Compreendendo um eixo de acionamento (10) com extremo superior livre (2) acoplado a uma alavanca de acionamento angular (20); sendo dito eixo (10) intermediadamente provido de um anel de vedação (11). Na porção extrema inferior do eixo (10) é incorporada um fuso (4) acoplado em uma bucha de deslocamento axial (50). A porção superior (1, 2) desse eixo (1 0) transpassa um plug tubular guia (40) que envolve a porção intermediária do eixo (10). O plug guia (40) apresenta uma porção inferior (41) externamente roscada acoplada junto à tubulação (60) de assentamento da própria torneira. A porção extrema inferior (4) do eixo (10) transpassa uma luva guia (30) de material autolubrificante com parede externa de contorno periférico circular e com parede interna de contorno periférico sextavado, estando o extremo inferior em forma de fuso (4) com tripla entrada acoplado em um alojamento tubular internamente roscado e externamente sextavado definido na porção superior (51) da bucha de deslocamento axial (50). O contorno externo periférico dessa porção superior (51) é compatível com o contorno da parede interna da luva guia (30) a qual está acoplado, ficando rotacionalmente travado porém, axialmente livre para deslocar-se em relação à luva guia (30). A porção inferior (52) dessa bucha (50) apresenta um comprimento igual à distância entre as paredes superior (61) e inferior (62) da câmara de escoamento de água (63), onde é definida a sede de válvula (64). Essa última é seletivamente bloqueada por um vedante anelar (53), montado em um pino axial (54) provido axialmente no extremo livre da bucha (50). O curso de deslocamento axial total da bucha (50) em relação à luva guia (30), para que o vedante (54) atue junto à sede de válvula (64), é equivalente ao curso de giro de 112 a 314 de volta promovido pelo eixo (10) em relação à referida luva guia (30), deslocamento angular esse comandado pela alavanca (20)."CONSTRUCTIVE ARRANGEMENT INTRODUCED IN A REGISTRATION MECHANISM FOR TAPS AND SIMILARS". Comprising a drive shaft (10) with free upper end (2) coupled to an angular drive lever (20); said shaft (10) being intermediate provided with a sealing ring (11). In the lower end of the shaft (10), a spindle (4) is incorporated, coupled to an axial displacement bushing (50). The upper portion (1, 2) of that axis (10) passes through a tubular guide plug (40) that surrounds the intermediate portion of the axis (10). The guide plug (40) has an externally threaded lower portion (41) coupled to the piping (60) of the tap itself. The lower end portion (4) of the shaft (10) passes through a guide sleeve (30) of self-lubricating material with an outer peripheral wall with a circular peripheral contour and with an internal wall with a hexagonal peripheral contour, the lower end being in the form of a spindle (4) with triple inlet coupled in an internally threaded and externally hexagonal tubular housing defined in the upper portion (51) of the axial displacement bushing (50). The peripheral outer contour of this upper portion (51) is compatible with the contour of the inner wall of the guide sleeve (30) to which it is coupled, being rotationally locked, however, axially free to move in relation to the guide sleeve (30). The lower portion (52) of this bushing (50) has a length equal to the distance between the upper (61) and lower (62) walls of the water flow chamber (63), where the valve seat (64) is defined. The latter is selectively blocked by an annular seal (53), mounted on an axial pin (54) provided axially at the free end of the bushing (50). The total axial displacement travel of the bushing (50) in relation to the guide sleeve (30), so that the seal (54) acts next to the valve seat (64), is equivalent to the turning stroke from 112 to 314 promoted back by the axis (10) in relation to said guide sleeve (30), angular displacement which is controlled by the lever (20).
