Abstract

Un sustrato transparente recubierto con una película de baja reflexión de la presente incluye un sustrato transparente y una película de baja reflexión formada sobre al menos una superficie principal del sustrato transparente. La película de baja reflexión es una película porosa que incluye: partículas finas de sílice sólidas y esféricas con un diámetro promedio de partícula de 80 a 150 nm; y un ligante que contiene sílice como un componente principal, siendo las partículas finas de sílice unidas por el ligante. El ligante contiene adicionalmente un compuesto de aluminio. La película de baja reflexión contiene como componentes: 55 a 70% en masa de partículas finas de sílice; 25 a 40% en masa del sílice del ligante; 0,1 a 1,5% en masa del compuesto de aluminio en términos de Al₂O₃; y 0,25 a 3% de un componente orgánico. La película de baja reflexión tiene un espesor de 80 a 800 nm. Un aumento de transmitancia es 2,5% o más, el aumento de transmitancia definido como un incremento de transmitancia promedio del sustrato transparente recubierto con una película de baja reflexión en un rango de longitud de onda de 380 a 850 nm relativo a la transmitancia promedio del sustrato transparente no recubierto con la película de baja reflexión en el rango de longitud de onda. El componente orgánico incluye al menos uno seleccionado de un grupo que consiste en un b-cetoéster y una b-dicetona.
