Abstract

Un proceso para preparar semillas tostadas infundidas con sabor, que comprende preparar una solución de infusión de sabor acuosa mezclando una cantidad de más de un ingrediente de infusión de sabor en agua; aplicar la solución de infusión de sabor acuosa a semillas crudas a una tasa de aplicación continua de modo que tanto el agua como los más de un ingrediente de infusión de sabor se infundan internamente dentro de las semillas crudas sin sumergir las semillas crudas en una acumulación de la solución de infusión de sabor acuosa y formar semillas crudas infundidas saborizadas con la solución de infusión de sabor acuosa absorbida en las semillas crudas; y tostar las semillas crudas infundidas con sabor y producir las semillas tostadas infundidas con sabor que tienen una cantidad de los más de un ingrediente de infusión de sabor infundidos en las mismas.
