Abstract

Reivindicacion 1: Un metodo para medir la estabilidad de un ant¡geno, caracterizado porque comprende: i) obtener una primera medicion por cromatograf¡a l¡quida del ant¡geno contenido en una primera muestra preparada a partir de una fuente de ant¡geno; ii) obtener una segunda medicion por cromatograf¡a l¡quida del ant¡geno contenido en una segunda muestra preparada a partir de la fuente de ant¡geno; y iii) cuantificar los cambios en la segunda medicion por cromatograf¡a l¡quida en comparacion con la primera medicion por cromatograf¡a l¡quida, midiendo as¡ la estabilidad del ant¡geno.
