Abstract
Se divulgan copolímeros de alto índice de refraccion adecuados para ser utilizados en dispositivos oftálmicos: Los copolímeros comprenden un simple monomero hidrofobico de arilo como monomero formador del dispositivo. Además, los copolímeros comprenden un surfactante no polimerizable de copolímeros de bloques. Los copolímeros tienen una tendencia reducida a formar resplandores cuando se almacenan en agua a temperaturas fisiologicas.
