Abstract
Además, se provee una composicion farmacéutica que comprende una cantidad farmacéuticamente eficaz del compuesto de formula 1, y un vehículo farmacéuticamente aceptable. También se refiere al uso de un compuesto de formula 1 como inhibidor de triptasa, que comprende introducir el compuesto en una composicion que comprende triptasa y al uso de un compuesto de formula 1 para tratar a un paciente que padece, o es propenso a padecer, una afeccion fisiologica que necesita mejora de un inhibidor de triptasa. Reivindicacion 1: Un compuesto de formula (1) en la que cada uno de los sustituyentes R1, R2, R3 y R4 se selecciona, independientemente en cada caso, entre el grupo que consiste en hidrogeno, metilo, fluor, cloro, trifluorometilo, metoxi y trifluorometoxi, de tal forma que exactamente dos de los sustituyentes son hidrogeno; X se elige entre el grupo que consiste en un enlace, CH2 y O; Y se elige entre el grupo que consiste en CH3 y CF3, con la condicion de que cuando R1, es F, R2 y R3 son H, R4 es trifluorometoxi, y X es O, Y no pueda ser CH3; o un profármaco, sal farmacéuticamente aceptable o solvato del mismo.
