Abstract
Método para la fabricación de revestimientos cerámicos para pisos rústicos que comprende: a) extrudar un primer filón arcilloso de base; b) extrudar un segundo filón arcilloso rico en pigmentos y minerales por encima del primer filón, de un espesor substancialmente inferior al espesor del mismo; c) realizar una medición de la velocidad lineal de salida del primer filón de base; d) adoptar la velocidad de salida del primer filón como parámetro de control del resto del proceso; e)realizar una medición de la velocidad lineal de salida del segundo filón; f) generar un lazo de control que regule la velocidad lineal de salida del segundo filón en base a la velocidad de salida del primer filón, de forma tal de uniformar ambas velocidades; g) laminar ambos filones para conformar un filón final.Method for the manufacture of ceramic floor coverings for rustic floors comprising: a) extruding a first clay clad base; b) extrude a second clay reef rich in pigments and minerals above the first reef, of a thickness substantially less than the thickness thereof; c) perform a measurement of the linear output speed of the first base reef; d) adopt the output speed of the first reef as a control parameter of the rest of the process; e) perform a measurement of the linear output speed of the second reef; f) generate a control loop that regulates the linear output speed of the second reef based on the output velocity of the first reef, so as to uniform both speeds; g) laminate both reefs to form a final reef.
