Abstract
Un compuesto de lactama de la fórmula (1), en la cual: la línea punteada representa un enlace sencillo o doble; R representa un radical seleccionado entre el grupo de fórmulas (2), en el que R1 es halógeno, ciano, alquilo C1-4, alcoxi C1-4, trifluorometilo o trifluorometoxi y p es 0 o un número entero de 1 a 3; R2 representa hidrógeno o alquilo C1-4; R3 representa hidrógeno, hidroxi o alquilo C1-4; R4 representa hidrógeno o R4 junto con R3 representa =O ó =CH2; R5 representa fenilo, naftilo, un grupo heterocíclico bicíclico condensado de 9 a 10 miembros o un grupo heteroarilo de 5 ó 6 miembros, en el que dichos grupos están opcionalmente sustituidos con 1 a 3 grupos independientemente seleccionados entre trifluorometilo, alquilo C1-4, hidroxi, ciano, alcoxi C1-4, trifluorometoxi, halógeno o S(O)q-alquilo C1-4; R6 y R7 representan independientemente hidrógeno, ciano o alquilo C1-4; R8 es (CH2)rR10; R9 representa hidrógeno, halógeno, cicloalquilo C3-7, hidroxi, nitro, ciano o alquilo C1-4 opcionalmente sustituido con uno o dos grupos seleccionados entre halógeno, ciano, hidroxi o alcoxi C1-4; R10 representa hidrógeno o cicloalquilo C3-7; n representa 1 ó 2; q es 0, 1 ó 2; r es 0 ó un número entero de 1 a 4; o una sal o solvato farmacéuticamente aceptable de los mismos, procedimiento para su preparación y su uso en la preparación de medicamentos para el tratamiento de estados mediados por taquiquininas y/o por la inhibición selectiva de la proteína transportadora de la reabsorción de serotonina. Composición farmacéutica que comprende a dichos compuestos.
