La presente se refiere a procesos de preparación y composiciones farmacéuticas. Reivindicación 1: Un compuesto de fórmula (1), en donde: A es -O-; ó -S-; m es 0 ó 1; n es de 1 a 3; R2 es hidrógeno; alquilo; alcoxilo; haloalquilo; o halógeno; R4 es isopropoxilo, trifluorometilo; etoxicarbonilo; hidroxicarbonilo; nitro; metanolsulfanil-amino; hidroximetilo; metoxicarbonil-metiloxilo; morfolin-4-il-carbonil-metiloxilo; morfolin-4-il-carbonilo; morfolin-4-il-metilo; etoxi-acetoacetamido; ciclohexil-metiloxilo; fenoxietil-carbonilamino; feniletil-carbonilamino; aminocarbonilo; isopropoxi-carbonilo; fenil-carbonilo; fenilmetilamino-carbonilo; 2,2,2-trifluoroetiloximetilo; fenoxilo; hidrocarbonil-metiloxilo; 2-(etoxicarbonil)-etilo; 2- (etoxicarbonil)-etenilo; morfolin-4-il-carboniloxi-metilo; 4-fenilpiperazin-1-il-metilo; o dimetil-amino-carboniloximetilo; R5 es hidrógeno; alquilo; alcoxilo; halo; o haloalquilo; o R4 y R5 forman juntos un grupo alquilen dioxilo; y Ra, Rb, Rc y Rd son cada uno independientemente hidrógeno o alquilo; o sales farmacéuticamente aceptables, solvatos o profármacos de los mismos.
