Abstract

Células hospedantes de mamífero tratadas por ingeniería genética, que comprenden un nivel aumentado de genes anti-apoptosis activos y a métodos para generar estas células hospedantes. Más particularmente, la invención se refiere a métodos que modulan el nivel de genes activos anti-apoptosis en células hospedantes y células hospedantes que muestran una viabilidad celular aumentada retrasando / inhibiendo la muerte celular programada que se produce de forma natural en estas células. Reivindicación 1: Una célula hospedante de hámster genéticamente modificada mediante la introducción de secuencias de ácidos nucleicos que codifican un gen anti-apoptosis, un gen marcador amplificable y seleccionable y al menos un gen de interés.
