Abstract
Un producto plástico tal como un rótulo de oreja de animal (1) es marcado con láser con un indicio (2). El contraste entre el indicio (2) y la superficie circundante del rótulo (1) es mejorado mediante el calentamiento del indicio a continuación de la marcación con láser hasta una temperatura a la cual el indicio y la superficie circundante se han derretido. En la realización preferida el indicio (2) está provisto como una superficie elevada (3) y con una pluralidad de picos separados (4) con espacios libres (6) entre ellos. El calentamiento del rótulo (1) preferiblemente se realiza mediante la aplicación de una placa caliente a la superficie de indicio del rótulo y simultáneamente a la superficie del rótulo que no tiene indicio. El calentamiento puede incluir un templado y un monitoreo de los tiempos de calentamiento, presiones y temperatura con una alternativa por medio de un fluido caliente.
